Polite restaurant staff, excellent food at lunch; It was cold in the room- air-conditioning could not be controlled from within the room. At breakfast dietary food was poorly presented. At checking out, we left our luggage to the bell boy /our flight was later/. In ten minutes I apologised and asked him for my suitcase again. He was ovbiously not happy and quite rude in his comments, he was not aware I speak Check a little. |

rooms very clean and comfortable, bar pleasant, if a bit empty breakfast not great - especially the coffee - very weak and tasteless - no smell of coffee in the dining room! |

The bed was very comfortable and having two 3/4 size duvet covers was a great idea. Breakfast was good. Vera at the front desk was particularly helpful. Room was a nice size and the elevators were better than our other hotel experiences in Europe. Free use of computer with internet in the lobby was nice. Many of the facilities have very limited hours. Also, there were some teenage staff clearing breakfast tables that were not very professional (appearing to be snickering about guests and socializing while other staff worked). |

The hotel was just of Wenceslas Square so really close to bars/restaurants/shops (all you need for a great weekend)!! Very clean and luxurious. |
