Hotel Sovereign  

Veldig sentral beliggenhet, greit å finne fram. Rene og fine hotellrom. Frokosten var god, mye utvalg i et lyst og trivelig lokale. Var mye brosjyrer og informasjon til hva en burde få med seg av byen. Kan anbefales!

Betjeningen var litt varierende, ok engelsk. Noen som jobbet der var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige, mens andre var sure. Så totalopplevelsen var ett greit hotell, men litt dårlig serviceinnstilling til tider. Kunne godt hatt anledning til å ha litt senere frokost på søndagen, den stengte kl 10 da.

Positivt overrasket over standarden på rommene ifht pris. Godt renhold og lyse fine rom. Bra standard på frokosten. Trivelig restaurant med ok priser.

No problems with late check in (we checked in at midnight). Staff are very professional. Our room was clean and of decent size, as it was not on the street side it was very quiet. Good location for sightseeing in Old Town and shopping, as well as being very close to the main train station.

Location is great, just steps away from Muzeum.

Lot's of things. When leaving the hotel we requested a taxi to the bus station. A taxi without taximeter was provided, instead of a standard licensed city taxi, which charged a clearly overpriced fare. The cleaning service was very insufficient. On top of that, they assumed that all coins and cash left on the tables is a tip, keeping about €6 in cash. Even if it is a local practice, that shouldn't be done in a hotel like that with travellers not used to this. Personnel not very frienly suggesting that if I wanted coffee the hotel bar was the best option, having to argue with them that at least replenishing the coffee and tea tray. No gym facilities

It's location was great. Off the tourist route but close enough so you can walk to all city highlights.

The room was fine and the hotel location was good. Good value. I would stay at this hotel again.

The size and comfort of the room . Good location.

The hotel does not have any parking spaces reserved for guests . There is a 24-hour parking close to the hotel but at 30 czk per hour , it is quite a packet. In case you are using a car to go around , you have to factor in the cost of parking . The breakfast was nothing to write home about

the only neg point was internet speed after 9.00 pm that was very solw and practically i was not able to use it.thy should try to make it much much better.

Really good location (but quiet). The staff is really nice, the breakfast is more than enough.

The bed is too soft.

Very good location,very easy to get to train station and all the places to visit. Very good breakfast, the best I've ever met. You have hot drinking water in the room. Very helpful staffs.I will choose this hotel if I come to Prage again.

The accommodation and situation

Good service and helpful staff

Convenient location - proximity to train station, metro station and city centre. Decent facilities and responsive staff - night staff provided packed breakfast at 5.30 in morning as we had a morning flight, also provided us with city map and locations of main tourist areas. The coffee maker was a useful faciliity to start of the day.

Could have provided moisturisers in toilet accessories.
