Hotel Sovereign  

Location is great, just steps away from Muzeum.

Lot's of things. When leaving the hotel we requested a taxi to the bus station. A taxi without taximeter was provided, instead of a standard licensed city taxi, which charged a clearly overpriced fare. The cleaning service was very insufficient. On top of that, they assumed that all coins and cash left on the tables is a tip, keeping about €6 in cash. Even if it is a local practice, that shouldn't be done in a hotel like that with travellers not used to this. Personnel not very frienly suggesting that if I wanted coffee the hotel bar was the best option, having to argue with them that at least replenishing the coffee and tea tray. No gym facilities

Excellent, absolutely according to requirements of Praga tourists.

Orange juice was no natural.

Reasonable price considering the city centre location. Nice rooms, but beware if you are over 183cms and get top floor, roof slopes and one can easily bang ones head. Breakfast (included) is good choice and well presented. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, I used their own transport both to and from airport, it costs a bit extra but worth it. Decent gym, but one has to pay €12 for sauna and steam, per room, not per person, this though is good and private.

Very upset that on arrival at 8.45pm to be advised could not get a meal as restaurant closed at 9pm, that is 15 minutes! Restaurant then closed on the Satuday for "technical reasons" these were never explained. If the hotel could sort out its catering arrangments I would give a higher score, OK there are a lot of eateries within a 5 minute walk but all more expensive.

The hotel is very close to the main rail station, so you don't have to take a taxi when you arrive there. Hotel offers nice rooms and overall good facilities.

1- staff needs some smile on their lips 2-Rooms on 4th floor should compeletly closed,thay have not windows 3-poor ventilation system on bathroom 4- No Bathtub

Very good location,very easy to get to train station and all the places to visit. Very good breakfast, the best I've ever met. You have hot drinking water in the room. Very helpful staffs.I will choose this hotel if I come to Prage again.

The bed is a little soft.

Lovely big room - staff very friendly - get all nationalities staying there and they seem to cope. Breakfast was very good. Location perfect for us as we needed to get to main railway station - 5/10 mins away. Near one of main restaurant areas and bars but far enough away for it to be quiet

Fine hotel at good location on a quiet corner, nice breakfast, polite staff but don't expect many smiles.

Friendly staff, position, central but quite.

Su situación, el trato del personal y el servicio. El desayuno es muy completo.

Deberia de haber alguna persona que hablase castellano. Todo en inglés.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet, greit å finne fram. Rene og fine hotellrom. Frokosten var god, mye utvalg i et lyst og trivelig lokale. Var mye brosjyrer og informasjon til hva en burde få med seg av byen. Kan anbefales!

Betjeningen var litt varierende, ok engelsk. Noen som jobbet der var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige, mens andre var sure. Så totalopplevelsen var ett greit hotell, men litt dårlig serviceinnstilling til tider. Kunne godt hatt anledning til å ha litt senere frokost på søndagen, den stengte kl 10 da.
