Beautiful hotel, beautiful area, nice receptionist the cleaning woman knocked to clean our room at 10 am, we told her to come back later. She was rude, and then she never came back to clean the room! We didn't get fresh towels, beds made or anything. That was a real blight on an otherwise nice hotel. To pay that much and not have the room cleaned was really unacceptable |

Die Lage in Karlsbad ist soweit in Ordnung solange die Gäste gut zu fuss sind. Bei der Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte wurde plötzlich ein Aufschlag von 3,5% für die Bankgebühr berechnet - dies geht aus keiner Information hervor und ist nicht rechtens. Das recht überschaubare Frühstücksbuffet könnte häufiger nachbestückt werden. |

J'y suis resté deux jours. A mon retour le deuxième jour, j'ai constaté que le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans ma chambre. On m'a assuré qu'il s"agissait d'une regrettable erreur. Apres 22h00, plus personne à la réception. |

Zimmer war sauber. Nahe zum Schwimmbad und Zentrum. Parplatz kostenfrei. Sehr schlechtes Deutsch und Englisch der Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel entschpricht überhaupt nicht ein 4-STAR Standard! Max. wie eine Pension!! Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr. Wir sind um 7:30 losgefahren, haben deshalb kein Früstück gehabt. Ein "Take away" wurde aber vom Hotel abgelent. Für einen kleinen Stadtplan mussten wir 2€ zahlen. |

Меня очень хорошо встретили, очень коректно и довольно быстро устроили в комнату. Хороший завтрак, мне нравится начинать день хорошим завтраком, вечером ходил в сауну, на отеле еще имеется возможность приобести разные массажи и процедуры, но я на это не имел время.Да и комната ,чисто,все есть. Да, вроде как все нравилось, я там был короткое время |
