Very friendly staff, a luxerious room with beautiful view on the city. Good breakfast and a goody back as present when we left. And all of that for 40 euro'S. Spa and massage are great !

Very friendly personnel, excellent dream, the good offer of additional services. In a gift I have received sauna visiting. I played a golf, is very conveniently located, and a remarkable kind on an old city. In the evening I had on a terrace of hotel with a kind on a resort tea and good mood.

Location is best, atop the hill with an excellent view of the city if you have a room on that side overlooking the city, the other side is right on the road and very noisy. Nice walk paths to the centre, takes just 10-15 mins to walk. Front desk stuff was nice though with very limited English. Breakfast started very late, from 8-10, a real inconvenience if you are on business. Wifi access is non existent unless you sit at the reception. I was charged 3.5% on top of my bill at check-out for paying with credit card and I wasnt told in advanced. Appliances, toeel rails, drawers were cheap material and breaking down. Minimum attention to detail. Maids only did beds and vacuum, not cleaning glasses. Limited TV access, not a single channel in English.

Colazione pessima. Personale poco gentile. Avevamo chiesto una doppia con due letti ma ci è stata assegnata una doppia con letto matrimoniale. Lontano dal centro. Esperianza pessima da non ripetere.

gute Lage, schöne Aussicht, kostenloses WLAN und PC auf den Flur. nur 10 min. zum Zentrum, nur 4 Parkplätze zum Hotel gehörend aber gegenüber kostenloses Parken am Fahrbahnrand. viele preiswerter Möglichkeiten in der Nähe zum Speisen. Frühstück etwas einfallos.

Die zentrale Lage zum Stadtzentrum und das fantatische Panorama. Zu wenig Parkplätze am Haus. Das Frühstücksangebot war zu eintönig.

Krásný výhled. Hotel má tu drzost účtovat 3,5% navíc, pokud chcete platit kreditní kartou, v dnešní době neuvěřitelné! Snídaně je slabá i pro 3hvězdičkový hotel a každé ráno posloucháte to samé CD od Sinead O´Connor. Jedno ráno mě navíc probudila zmatená pokojská. Sauna za příplatek 7 EUR na hodinu. V TV jen 5 německých kanálů, ani jeden český.

El personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación era muy espaciosa (era la simple y parecía una suite). La comida y el desayuno era muy bueno variado. Que ponga la palabra "Spa" en el nombre confunde, ya que tienen servicios de masajes y sauna, pero si quieres Spa te envían a otros hoteles con los que tienen convenio o al Spa municipal.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolle Aussicht, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, sehr sauber, umfangreiches Früstücksbuffet, schöne Terrasse mit Ess- und Trinkmöglichkeit für Hotelgäste, gute Lage Wifi leider nur mit ganz schlechtem Empfang schon in der 1.Etage. Allerdings steht ein pc kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Personale gentile, in grado di comunicare in lingua inglese. Simpatico il sacchetto "scampagnata" con acqua minerale, wafers e mele. essendo molto in alto rispetto al lungo fiume, la "passeggiata per il rientro in camera potrebbe risultare pesante. E la cosa non è percepibile dalla descrizione data dell'Hotel sul sito Booking.com

Ich war sehr enteuscht von einer Kategorie 1" in Karlsbad ! Es war nur ein französisches Bett mit darauf geleten , nur 80 cm. breiten Matratzen . Die Badeeinrichtung ist sehr dürftig . Badewannendusche 1. Kat. ?????

Es war nichts besonderes. Für 1 Übernachtung war das o.k. das Personal sprach kaum deutsch und nur ganz wenig englisch. Uns wurde nicht erklärt, wo sich der Spa-Bereich oder das Restaurant befinden. Spa Leistungen: nur die Sauna war verfügbar. Alle anderen Leistungen musste man 1 Tag vorher buchen.

Nous avons surtout apprécié l'ambiance générale créée par le personnel de l'hôtel, l'hospitalité et la bienveillance. Le moindre désir a été satisfait immédiatement.Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.

Персоналът на хотела беше изключително любезен, храната беше хубава и разнообразна, както и позволяваше здравословно хранене. Не можахме да се възползваме от СПА услугите на хотела, тъй като времето ни беше ограничено.
