I read the reviews and therefore was a bit apprehensive in really to the staff. But my husband and I thought they were ok. They are not overlly friendly but they are not rude either. The hotel is way too old. There's no curtains in the shower/bath booth, so the bathroom's floor flooded every time we had a shower. And the lifts are way too old and slow. |

I liked the location of the hotel and the room was large in space. The staff was very bad in english and the information about the spa and how to use the door key with its information very bad. The new relax department were impossible to use because of lack of english. The internet (wireless) did not work. |

Location is good. Room and facilities are also nice. Impressive view from the the window. 50m open air pool, the only in the town, was very important for us. First week of stay quality of food on dinner was good but during second week it became unacceptably worse. Reason was unknown. |

That the hotel was well situated near the pedestrian area and we had a lot of facilities like swimming pool, packing, treatment base , etc. The bar/restaurant of the hotel was very good with nice people. The hotel looks very big but old in the same time, needs a lot of changing starting with health treatment base. The people of receptions were very impolite asking as to pay the rooms from the moment that we arrived. |

The actual town of Karlovy Vary not the hotel The fact that I booked a double room and got a single room. At the time of registration the lady behind the desk was surly and having a conversation with 2 other lady staff members. In light of that I did not bother to push it as I was only there 4 nights. |

In the city center, good breakfast, thermal swimming poll, beatiful view from window, free wifi internet hotel build in 1977 and since this time the only change is new TV in the room. All other is original and the whole hotel needs complete reconstruction. |

Je trouve regrétable que l'on ne puisse pas payer le parking en même temps que le reste de la note de l'hotel et en carte bleu; Il faut sans cesse avoir de la monnaie sur soi si l'on veut récupérer sa voiture alors qu'un badge parking serait le bienvenu. Il est dommage aussi que le bagagiste ne soit jamais là pour porter les bagages dans un hotel qui se veut de cette classe. Il faudrait peut etre revoir aussi le système des ascenseur parfois plus de 5 minutes d'attente pour se rendre dans sa chambre. |

Bra personal och fint rum efter utbyte av det som var bokat genom Er. Då fick vi utsikt mot staden och inte mot ett berg. Att kalla sig Spa-hotell och inte kunna erbjuda något av detta inom hotellets ramar tyckte vi var dåligt. Det fanns behandlingar och bad inom gångavstånd men detta drevs av andra aktörer vilket gjorde att man inte kunde sätta upp något på rumsnotan utan var tvungen att betala separat. Man skulle då helst ha inhemsk valuta till betalningen. |

Gefallen haben uns vor allem Ruhe und Gediegenheit, die zentrale Lage, der bequeme Übergang zum Schwimmbad und der freundliche Service. Da beim Frühstück der Kaffee aus großen Behältern in kleine, nicht vorgewärmte Kännchen abgefüllt wurde, war der Kaffee meist nur lauwarm. Dies sollte durch eine Vorwärmeinrichtung für Kännchen verbessert werden. |

Ligging is uiteraard uitstekend maar het is een verouderd hotel met geen al te vriendelijke bediening en een slecht kwaliteit van het ontbijt. Enkel als snelle overnachting aan te bevelen maar niet als echt vakantieverblijf Norse bediening, slecht ontbijt, verouderde infrastructuur. |

Service mitarbeiter sehr arogant, nicht hilfsbereit,, um 9. 45 haben wir keinen Früstück bekommen.Beim auschecken um 15 Minuten zuspät haben die uns gedroht halbe Preis nochmal abzubuchen.. Aufzug war in sehr schlechten Zustand nicht sauber. |

Советский отель в старинном городе: есть свои плюсы и минусы. Из плюсов: Отличное месторасположение, вид из окна 12ого этажа, открытый бассейн (без лечения - платный, раздевалки с запашком). Раздражала твердолобость персоонала. Номера реально тесные. |
