Location is good. Room and facilities are also nice. Impressive view from the the window. 50m open air pool, the only in the town, was very important for us. First week of stay quality of food on dinner was good but during second week it became unacceptably worse. Reason was unknown. |

That the hotel was well situated near the pedestrian area and we had a lot of facilities like swimming pool, packing, treatment base , etc. The bar/restaurant of the hotel was very good with nice people. The hotel looks very big but old in the same time, needs a lot of changing starting with health treatment base. The people of receptions were very impolite asking as to pay the rooms from the moment that we arrived. |

The actual town of Karlovy Vary not the hotel The fact that I booked a double room and got a single room. At the time of registration the lady behind the desk was surly and having a conversation with 2 other lady staff members. In light of that I did not bother to push it as I was only there 4 nights. |

It was good, that around the hotel was a pretty localites (Colonade) Yes, there wasn´t a pub/restauracion. (with a long-open time) |

The lift to the swimming pool, and the pool itself. The location is fabulous. Unhelpful and a bit rude staff, not a smile. Extra bed not provided, even if requested. The pool facilities smelled unclean. |

Service mitarbeiter sehr arogant, nicht hilfsbereit,, um 9. 45 haben wir keinen Früstück bekommen.Beim auschecken um 15 Minuten zuspät haben die uns gedroht halbe Preis nochmal abzubuchen.. Aufzug war in sehr schlechten Zustand nicht sauber. |

Советский отель в старинном городе: есть свои плюсы и минусы. Из плюсов: Отличное месторасположение, вид из окна 12ого этажа, открытый бассейн (без лечения - платный, раздевалки с запашком). Раздражала твердолобость персоонала. Номера реально тесные. |

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ok 4 Sterne eher Landesüblich Die Hotelanlagen wie Therme oder Sauna sehr einfach. Gebaut in den 70er Jahren aber wenig renoviert |

Ich habe Hotel Thermal deshalb gewählt, dass in demselben Hotel findete mein Kongress statt, so sollte ich nicht weit zu den Vorlesungen gehen. Der ständige "leise" Lärm - vielleicht wegen der Höhe der Gebäude, Air-conditioning.. |

電話が通じない、20時に夕飯が食べれない、温泉の使い方が不明 土曜にマッサージを予約しようとした際日曜と言われたのに、日曜になったら「やっているわけないでしょう」と断られた。温泉、マッサージ共に期待を大きく外された。 |

Kombination des Stadt- und SPA-Hotels sowie die Lage des Hotels am Beginn der Kurzone und das Thermalbad sind ideal Diverse Engpässe im Restaurant, teilweise Geschirrmangel, wenig Abwechslung bei Salatbuffett, Personalmangel an den Wochenenden sowie zuwenige Nichtrauerplätze in der Hotellobby bzw. -hallenbar!! |
