The owner of the place was a very friendly person eager to help us with whatever we needed.

exellent location, equipment and very friendly proprietor.

Spacious and clean apartment with all required facilities and as special item a very nice roof terrace. Owner is very friendly, flexible and ready to helping you to get around.

Just one small point out of personal convenience: I am a business traveler and prefer payment by business creditcard, but this was unfortunately not possible but I understand that should be possible in the future.

Central location with luck free parking space (size) and privacy!!! Amazing views from the terrace and in sunshine incredible

Excellent location. Right in the middle of downtown, about 3 min. walk to everything yet it's very quiet at night. Private terrace on the roof. It has advantages of living in a hotel (cleaning, etc.) and at home (fully equipped kitchen, for instance). If you don't feel like cooking, there are restaurants right downstairs. The owner/manager is very helpful and eager to improve everything about the apartment. Highly recommended.

Maybe the garbage room downstairs right next to the elevator but this is the building management issue.

The room was well organized, clean and wide. Located in the center of city. The owner seemed to be a hardworking person, and he tried to accommodate us as much as possible.

No major complain. Was excellent stay. Two minor things. The parking was a little tricky for a foreigner though he tried hard to explain via emails. And at the end of the day, he helped us in finding a spot, so it turned to be no problem. Second, we felt like he was explaining about the circumstance and points of interest as if he was not a resident. Maybe he could make guests even more comfortable by explaining about the city based on his experience.

Staff (Zdenek) molto disponibile, sempre rintracciabile e ci ha aiutato con il parcheggio nella città. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 senza problemi, ampio appartamento con bellissimo terrazzo superiore. La posizione è strategica, in centro, di fronte alla chiesa di San Giacomo. Phon presente. Cucina con vivande presenti. WiFi presente e forte (anche se a volte si doveva resettare). Anche se in centro, al sesto piano non si sentono rumori della città.

Eravamo in 4 con solo 2 mazzi di chiavi. Cassaforte assente. Tende che lasciavano passare la luce la mattina, praticamente come se non esistessero.

Замечательные апартаменты в самом центре. Хозяин помогает во всем, бесплатно на следующее утро отвез нас в аэропорт. Прекрасная терраса на крыше, хороший вид. Буквально в нескольких метрах шпиль одной церкви, чуть дальше - другой. Там же, на крыше - барбекю, стол со стульями. Есть лежаки, одеяла, если будет прохладно. В самих апартаментах - спальня и большая гостиная с кухней за углом. В гостиной - односпальная кровать и диван, большой телевизор. На террасу ведет лестница из коридора внутри апартаментов.

Прекрасное место и отличный хозяин.Расположение прямо в центре города.Хозяин помогал во всех вопросах.Отличные большие аппартаменты.Всем рекомендую.Думаю лучшего места искать не стоит да и не найти думаю на таких условиях.Есле поеду в следующий раз,то обязательно остановлюсь именно там.У хозяина есть еще одни аппартаменты тоже прямо в центре.Тоже рекомендую.

We were staying here for a romantic anniversary. All the sights within walking distance, many bars, restaurants, cafes all around. The main square was less than minute walking, still the neighborhood was calm and safe (the police station is right at the corner). We did not go for any dinner since we wanted to prepare our own meal. We found all the equipment we needed (there was even coffee machine, toaster…, free coffee, tee..). For a breakfast we went to Cafee TeeVee right on square where the apartment is. We were only two but I can imagine whole family staying here, since the apartment is really roomy and well equipped. We definitely recommend.

We were staying here in February when it was really cold outside. Even the owner offered blankets and gas heater for sitting on the rooftop terrace, we did not go for it since it was freezing outside. We plan to come again when it will not be so cold, since the terrace is magnificent. We will even invite some friends, since it is really spacious. It must be romantic, sunbathing or having a party on the terrace, with the view on churches from both sides, above all the city hustle. Next time…

Все очень понравилось, чисто, уютно,новая мебель, большая ванная комната, в квартире есть все для комфортного пребывания. Хозяин апартаментов бесплатно нас встретил и проводил, что тоже очень приятно, убирала квартиру милая девушка, о ее приходе и времени мы договорились с хозяином по приезду. Апартаменты находятся в самом центре Брно, рядом много недорогих кафе и ресторанов. Единственный минус для наших соотечественников, то, что общаться нам приходилось на английском, но я его знаю и проблем не возникло))) Рекомендую всем и если еще соберемся в Брно, обязательно здесь остановимся!

lepší značení na vstupní dveře z venku samolepka ve výtahu a na dveře do apartmánu, večer po 22hodině již netekla teplá voda, vyměnit twin postele v ložnici za manželskou

Tágas,nívós,tiszta apartment. A felszereltsége kiváló, minden igényt kielégítő. A tetőterasz nagyon kellemes.

A parkolás rettenetes gond, 5-6 kör után sem biztos, hogy találsz helyet.

Great location in downtown Brno-short walk to everything.

The location is excellent -- top floor opposite the St. James church, with a wonderful view off the rooftop terrace and convenient to getting just about anywhere in Brno (with a tram stop minutes away for venturing out of the immediate area). There are grocery stores nearby for those who prefer to cook (we did), as well as restaurants for those who'd rather not. Noise levels were minimal. The apartment was a last-minute booking after travel plans were derailed, and worked out excellently for our family (four adults).

The elevator's quite small and slow -- it's an older building. There's a staircase, but it's awfully far to haul a bag. The building trash bins are located on the entry floor, and it can get unpleasantly smelly, but that doesn't seem to extend far beyond the ground floor. Having just one key was a little difficult for us with everyone wanting to keep different schedules and not having phones, but we made it work. Worth noting: the building's outer door locks, but can be buzzed open from the room if necessary.

Zelo lepo in polno opremljeno, idealno za kratek odih v središču brna. Lahko bi živel tam.

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.
