Hotel Suite Home Prague  

Nice hotel and on arrival was greeted by lovely staff. Lots of space and quite a good location. Good breakfast and very nice staff at breakfast.

After the first day, there was different staff on the desk who was not quite so hospitable. We booked on the understanding that the room slept 4 but the fold out couch was broken and really should not be called a bed as extremely uncomfortable! We were sleeping on a slope! The bed was made up with sheets for a single bed and thus didn't even cover the bed! We mentioned this to the front desk but there was little interest. Said he would see what he could do so at least the second night we got a sheet to cover the mattress!! There was never any follow up or enquiry as to if there was any improvement which i thought was poor- there was no interest. For a 4 star hotel I would expect more. I would recommend the hotel if you weren't planning to sleep on the fold out bed, or if they replace the couch. It really wasn't acceptable.

Very clean comfortable and spacious. Easy reach to city center

The hotel B&B cost is very reasonable, only €264 for 2 adults and 1child for 5 nights. The hotel is small consisting of 6 floors with 5 bedrooms on each floor. It has the feel of an older family-run hotel. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The food was basic but in plentiful variety. The reception is small. It has two PC's with internet access for customers. It is near the tram line and close to the city centre. I would recommend the hotel for a city break in Pargue.

There was nothing at all to complain about. We would stay there again and we would recommend this hotel to friends in the future

Hotel Suite Prauge had the helpfulness and comfortf of a hotel, with the space and layout of an apartment. It was very large, huge beautiful windows, kitchenette, very clean. Great value for your money. The morning/afternoon staff was very helpful and charming. It was an excellent location, within walking distance of everything you could want to see in Prauge. I would recommend Hotel Suite Prauge to anyone!

The night desk clerk seemed like you were bothering him a great deal if you asked him anything. But that was just one person. Everything else was great!

Nice people. Large, comfortable room. Just across street from Sheriton which is twice the price. Very good breakfast included.

The room is very big and clean, like a sweet suite for the family or couple. Location is excellent, close to the old town and city center. Hotel staff is very helpful. Definitely a good choice to travel in the Prague.

The hotel is in the so called new town, but only 10 min walk to the old town and other sights. The new town is full of restaurants and nice places too. Very uncomplicated to get to the hotel from the airport (bus 100 to Zlicis and the subway line b to Karlova nemesti). Service is god, the receptionists were very kind and helpful. The apartment is spazious and clean. Breakfast bufe was great. In other words a very prisworthy hotel.

The kitchen had the most of kitchen ware, but we missed a mikrowave. The breakfast room too small compared to the number of guests. Wating time up to 20 min if you were unlucky. The elevator was small and very slow during breakfast time, when all guests used it. There was some wating to get in to the elevator as well. Wifi is supposed to be free in the rooms, but seldom worked. You must find a spot and not move from there until your done with Wifi

All the things that they are using are very old,like the lift wich was very slow and bed covers,furnitures,hotel needs a complete renovation...and we have to wait for 5 minutes behind the hotels door when we back at 23:00

Very comfortable rooms, the staff was very friendly. The room was also very clean.

Spacious room with a dining table, a kitchen and good location close to tourist attractions. The b'fast is also good.
