Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Good location, nice exterior, tasteful interior, average breakfast This poorly managed hotel did not offer us 4 star quality. Management is not interested in its guests and is not available to discuss complaints, verry unprofessional and inpolite receptionist. Other members of the staff (housekeeping and restaurant) in general were fairly friendly. Entrance cards for the room did not work, our booked room with balcony was not available and airconditioning did not work. Tables in breakfast room were not laid out unless one arrives as first guests, we had to ask every day for knives and forks and teacups. Technical matters (such as airco) were only picked up after days (one week after arrival we experienced one day with the airco operational in our room!) |

Staff was very welcoming and the hotel is in very good shape and good taste in decoration. the best quality/price I ever had in CR! Even though the staff is nice they are not very professional. The room had some glitches that could be avoided: Broken shower head, Tv with bad signal, and a badly positioned tv. Breakfast is mediocre. |

Very good location. Quiet and yet not far from the center. Ameneties of the hotel were above expectations. The rooms are perfectly going together with the outside "look" of the hotel. Restaurant should be redesigned to give you the same feeling as the rooms. Personnel was a little bit "desinterested" |

Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist super. Alles im Ort ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider am Wochenende fas keine Wellness-Massagemöglichkeiten. |

Meget flot hotel og værelse. Mere venligt og serviceorienteret personale i Receptionen. Vi havde blandt andet valgt hotellet fordi, at der stod at der var parkeringsmuligheder i nærheden for 6 Euro pr. døgn - det holdt absolut ikke stik, og den blonde unge kvinde i Receptionen var slet ikke behjælpelig med at finde en løsning på det. |

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja huoneet kauniisti sisustettu. Meille oli tilattu hieno parvekkeellinen Superiorhuone, josta oli kuva tilatessa. Jostain syystä huoneessa ei ollutkaan parveketta ja osoittivat meille eri kerroksesta huoneen. Huone oli OK, muttei vastannut tilausta. Pyytämiämme kalusteita parvekkeelle ei saatu, vaikka auliisti lupasivat? Myöskään ilmastointi ei toiminut eikä sitä tultu korjaamaan. Vesi valui ammeen sisäreunaa pitkin lattialle eli piti olla tarkka suihkun kanssa... |

Расположение: близость к источникам и фонтану, рядом остановка транспорта, близко выход в парки. В номере было тихо (отсутствие звуков из соседних номеров) Несдотаточная квалификация персонала по мед.процедурам, процедуры очень короткие - 10-15 минут, хотя обычно не бывает меньше 20-ти. |

Die Lage, Ausstattung des Zimmers Grauenvolles Essen hochstens 2 Sterne. Sauna sehr klein und kostet 5,50€ pro Person und Stunde!!!!! Minihallenbad. Fazit man sollte dringend das Thema 4 Sterne Wellnesshotel korrigieren. |
