1) Personale (cameriere) del check-in di un'arroganza e una maleducazione mai vista. 2) La Suite non é altro che una modestissima camera per 4 persone senza le minime comodità, piena di finestre e soprattutto senza tende!!! 3) Per il bagno viene fornito un minuscolo asciugamano lurido; doccia rotta e non pulita (resti di altri ospiti) 4) Rumorosissimo (discobar vicino) 5) Ricevuta su richiesta! |

It was a bit of a weird and creepy place. Everything seemed quite old. I guess we were a few minutes late checking out and they just let themselves into the room without knocking on the door or anything. There was not any parking nearby. The parking was far away. |

I loved the ambiance of the hotel: the wide plank wood floors and wooden beams in ceiling in guest room. The bathroom was well-appointed and had a great tub/shower. The European-style breakfast which is included with the room was excellent. Loved the dining room murals and the small outdoor terrace. Also, the location right off the town square was perfect! |

The staff was very polite and helpfull. Hotel is situated heart of Czesky Crumlov which was very convinient for me. |

Quaint, centrally located, larger room than expected. No toiletries such as shampoo provided, which seems to be typical of this part of Europe. Had to take bottle of hand soap into the shower. |

Fairly good breakfast (though without fruit and vegetables), very good location (right in the center), cozy restaurant and rooms. One day we could hear the hotel staff (possibly cleaners) banging doors and making a lot of noise even around 11 pm. When checking out they charged us about EUR10 more in Czech crowns than in Euros but of course we had only Czech crowns. |

We liked the accomodation a lot. It is bang in the middle of the town and has a nice atmosphere. Rooms are large. Overall very good value for money. |

Location-in the heart of The Old Town but still very quiet. The hotel building was oozing with history, good food and helpful staff. Smell of frying onions from kitchen first thing in the morning in our beautiful attic room. |

Price listed on booking.com was $63 Euros, when we arrived they charged us in Czech Koruny which was $11 more Euros than we agreed to online. |

Very nice staff, great location Parking is a pain (but the same for all hotels in the center). Ask for a parking map before-hand (if they have a digital copy, don't know). |
