Very kind staff, good food, and good atmosphere. We will be coming back. The credit card machine was not working so we had to pay in cash.

Отель небольшой, семейный, номера чистые, новая мебель, ковровое покрытие, завтраки нормальные, очень маленький ресторан, красивый парк возле отеля, очень уютно, в общем понравилось Не было горячей воды после 12 часов ночи постоянно, после 19.00. на рецепции никого нет, приходилось мыться холодной водой(( Бронировали номер за полтора месяца до даты заезда, где то за неделю до заезда нам позвонили с отеля и поставили перед фактом, что номера для нас нет и что нас поселять в соседний дешевый пансион за эту же цену. Хорошо, что я работаю в турфирме и знаю всю эту "кухню", мы не согласились, сказали что серавно приедим и не успокоимся пока нас не поселят, звонили нам каждый день, просили переселится и все такое. В конце-концов номер для нас нашли когда мы приехали, видимо переселили других ))

Wundervolle familiäre Atmosphäre ab Betreten des Hotels! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Liebe zum Detail und zur Harmonie überall zu spüren. War wirklich toll! In diesem Hotel merkt mann, dass das Hotelpersonal mit Herz bei der Sache ist. Kein Jobdenken. Toll, dass es sowas noch gibt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Man hat sich deshalb sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund der geringen Zimmerzahl war eine Persönlichkeit gegeben. Fotos auf der Anbieterseite haben eine sehr moderne Unterkunft gezeigt. Das hat sich vor Ort leider etwas relativiert. Vier Sterne sind wohl etwas übertrieben.

Das kleine Apartmenthotel, am Rande des Stadtparkes von Marienbad gelegen, überrascht angenehm durch freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, geräumige Apartments und überraschend gutes Essen zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Die Massageanwendungen im Hause sind jederzeit zu empfehlen. Die kleine Infrarotsauna ist Geschmackssache, aber auch hier punktet der Service, indem man mit grünem Tee und Kerzenlicht eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Lage ist nicht zentral, aber für Gäste mit Hund durch den nahen Park perfekt.

Alles was perfect. Locatie, grote en goed ingerichte appartement, zeer uitgebreide ontbijt en zeer smaakvolle avondmenue. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Grosse Zimmer mit Küche ruhige Lage nettes gut geschultes Personal gut geeignet zum entspannen. Die Auswahl an essen und Verpflegung ist wenig. Aber man kann in der Stadt essen gehen essen und trinken ist dort billig Die eigene Küche eigenen parkplatz die Lage des Hotels ruhig schöne entspannende Musik in der Lobby und Restaurant das Personal

“A very peaceful place, lovely walk into the centre all through the park. Breakfast especially good,lots of it, with fresh bread every morning, a good selection of spreads as well as boiled eggs a few mornings. Different fresh Czech cakes as well.
