Very good location, main points of interest (sights, shops) and main railway station are close to the hotel Breakfast is rather frugal. Also what was lacking is a bathrobe and slippers. Also in a bathroom was a little bit cold, heating floor would be a great solution. |

This hotel was really nice on the inside. The family room we had was a good size and had a large bathroom. Really like the fact it had a safe and honor bar. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel had two computers with free internet access in the lobby and free wifi in our room. Parking, although an extra charge, was located across the street and was guarded. HUGE benefit of this hotel. Easy 10 minute walk to the city centre and 20 minute walk to the Charles Bridge.Very quiet even though it was located by the Autobahn. Area seemed a little seedy at night. |

The room was very clean and nice, the breakfast was very good as well, a lot to choose from. The location is excellent as well, only 10 min walk till the Powder Tower. The staff was friendly and helpful. |

The personel at the reseption and the celaning staff was very very polite and eager to help. At breakfast one lady servicing there - 1,70m and blond - was very rude and spoiled (in two days in a row) the image of the Hotel. |

Excellent staff. Room was spotless and very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and although the room faced a main room, double glazed windows insured little noise disturbance. Great services (including a hotel doctor). Buffet breakfast was good with a great selection (both hot and cold). Very close to main train station. Walking distance to main attractions (10-15mins). |

The hotel is good. The area is a litle "unatractive" but in a walking (5 min) distance to the center and to the main railway station, where the AE (Airport express) BUS is stoping. |

Friendly and professional english-speaking staff, clean room, complimentary tea and coffee in the room, convenient location (proximity to main city highlights, metro stations and airport express). They should vary the breakfast menu. |

The rooms are basic, but spacious and clean. They have more international TV channels than most hotels in the area. The breakfast is fabulous and you will definitely leave full no matter what you like to eat in the morning. Great bell staff. The front desk staff while efficient are not particularly friendly. Room attendant walked into our room twice the day of check out. |

The hotel wanted to charge me 300 Euro more than the amount that was shown at the reservation..after 40 minutes discussion they correct it and I had to pay 30 Euro more that my booking confirmation, what I find really unfair. |
