The hotel is good. The area is a litle "unatractive" but in a walking (5 min) distance to the center and to the main railway station, where the AE (Airport express) BUS is stoping. |

The staff were really frindly and extremely helpful. The hotel was spotless and very close to the city centre . it was extremely good value for money would definetely recommend it |

The rooms are basic, but spacious and clean. They have more international TV channels than most hotels in the area. The breakfast is fabulous and you will definitely leave full no matter what you like to eat in the morning. Great bell staff. The front desk staff while efficient are not particularly friendly. Room attendant walked into our room twice the day of check out. |

The hotel wanted to charge me 300 Euro more than the amount that was shown at the reservation..after 40 minutes discussion they correct it and I had to pay 30 Euro more that my booking confirmation, what I find really unfair. |

Very comfortable beds and bed linen. Bathroom spotless and of generous size. Rooms good size with great high ceilings. Lounge and bar very welcoming - friendly service. Excellent breakfast buffet sets you up for the day. Staff pleasant, helpful and efficient. When you arrive, the location can seem off putting - you forget this when you press the button and the door opens - great entrance staircase. In fact, you are only a short brisk walk from the centre of everything. |

Very nice hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Definitely a nice place to stay Wasn't as close to Wencesclas Sq. and downtown Prague as advertised, but still within 10 min walking, either of them. The stairs at the entrance are not very pleasant, but I guess there's always staff there to help |

This hotel is very convenient to the main train station yet is within easy walking distance of many tourist attractions. It has a very nice breakfast buffet. They will exchange money into the local currency but when your stay is over won't buy it back. |
