Staff extremely helpful, room large and warm. Housekeeping a bit shoddy, location was beautiful but up fairly steep hill and no lift in hotel may be a problem to some people. |

Wonderful place. We booked at the last minute and got a huge airy room under the castle. Much bigger than the standard double that we expected. Staff were so welcoming and looked after all of our needs. |

Nice location and helpful staff Floor of apartment was very dirty. They did specially mop it after we complained, but it did not improve the cleanliness of the floor. No curtains in the master bedroom with the skylight directly above the bed. The light woke us early. The hotel solution was to hang towels over the windows. The bed was very uncomfortable -cheap Ikea beds. Breakfast was limited and poor. Ghastly stay. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, jedoch wirkte jeder Satz wie einstudiert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer das ohne ein Fenster war und ohne eine Klimaanlage. Die Luft war zum Schneiden. Das Zimmer hatte eine Glastüre und somit hatte man keine Privatsphäre in diesem Zimmer. Wir hatten noch ein weiters Zimmer und dieses war so klein, dass man nicht einmal umfallen konnte. Vom Bett ist man genau ins Badezimmer gefallen und ansonsten gab es keinen Platz um irgendwo etwas hinzustellen |
