Location was great, we walked 20min from main station and 10min to Wenzel's Square. It was like feeling home, balcony facing backyard, sleeping and living room very cozy, kitchen ok (not that we used it), great bathroom!

no reception - so check-in had to be arranged beforehand.

We were met by a very friendly gentleman who ensured we had WIFI before we left and showed us around apartment. It's in a super location, close to centre but nice & quiet. Everything works well. The beds & linen comfortable and a lovely bathroom with a big bath and unlimited hot water. There is also a washing machine & ironing board which has been handy. A super little extra is a good hair dryer with a diffuser. As I forgot mine this was most appreciated.

We would have loved a toaster. There was a leaflet of instructions for a toaster so I assume there was one in the apartment but has yet to be replaced. It wasn't a big deal.

We have been staying in mid June for a weekend in Prague and were fairly impressed by the versatility and hospitality of the Families Nest, and I can tell you hospitality is rare amongst the locals in Prague! The flat we had was not only spotless clean, modern and extremely stylish, it was so comfortable, practical arranged and beautiful, we wanted to move in right away!!! It is quiet at night, so undisturbed night peace is guaranteed, which is very important to us! There is a fully equipped kitchen if holidaymakers want to cater for themselves, a fridge, which included water and even a bottle of red wine (very thoughtful!) The flat came with a lovely balcony to sit outside on a warm summers evening and there was the option to rent a parking lot in the underground car park within the building, which I highly recommend if you travel by car! For the Czech police foreign cars are a major income source as we had to learn very soon. Whereas Czech cars can park everywhere (also in parking bays with a blue line – the blue line means no parking permitted, but often are no signs stating that so how would you know as a tourist), cars with a foreign number plate get clamped or towed away promptly and the following interaction with the police is no pleasure and can become expensive, so if you do have a car, rent the parking lot and best leave the car there until departure! Another big plus was the location of the flat, just 5 minutes from Wenceslas Square, so one can easily walk into the city centre and to the major sights! Additional, the landlord provides guests with a map and some recommendations (restaurants, sights, ATMs etc.), which was very handy if you want to discover Prague without a guide! For internet addictive ones – free wifi is provided! To put it in a nutshell, it is the perfect accommodation for a fair price! If you want to stay in Prague don’t look any further, you won’t find a better place to stay!

    - Everything was perfect about the apartment we rented from Family's Nest. - The location is easy to find and close to the metro station and historical center. - The apartment was very big, with living and bedroom and big bathroom, open kitchen and balcony. - Everything was clean and functioning; - The adminstrator was very nice and offered all the information we needed, and in the apartment you can find a file with all information needed about Prague. We absolutely recommend this place in Prague, it is perfect.

Beautiful apartment, great location and amazing service! We are a group of friends from London who stayed at Family Nest and we absolutely loved the apartment. We arrived late at night but the host was very kind to wait for us to give us the keys and show us around. We came to the Balbinova 5 but turns out as someone before mentioned that the apartment we lived in was just 50 meters down the street which makes it even closer to the center. The host kindly explained us that the apartment that we stayed in was the newest and when they originally created the booking page they used to have only 2 apartments both located at the same address but the does not have an option to add another address to the already existing one. I am not sure why it would be a problem for anyone because the apartment we stayed in was gorgeous. It's very bright and spacious. The bathroom is very modern and all the personal care products were provided for us. The host even left a couple of beers, water as well as some ham, cheese and bread for us because we were arriving so late. The location of the apartment is amazing. The street itself is very quiet but the surrounding streets are filled with various restaurants, cafes and bars and it's literally about 2 minutes away from the Muzeum and Wenceslas Square. The host also provided us with a map of Prague to use and a booklet he created himself with some information about the surrounding areas and services. It's not our first time visiting Prague but it was really helpful to get an advice from someone who lives there. We also thought the apartment was spotlessly clean and really enjoyed a very spacious balcony. We are more than satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend Family Nest to anyone who is travelling to Prague! Thank you so much for a warm welcome and an amazing holiday! Next time we come to Prague we will definitely stay at the Family Nest.

Modern appartment, spaceious, bright, proper refrigerator and dish washer. The owners were very polite and helful.

Most of the dishes were unclean at our arrival, barrely had toilet paper for on use, you cannot take a bath in full water or in general for more than 5 minutes as it will flood, the autonomous temperature is a big lie, you only got it during some night hours. The lady that came to clean actually didnt clean anything and the appartment is for 2 not for 3. As I was the 3rd I had to sleep in a sofa consisted of removable parts so every night i could get a proper sleeping position, furthermore the sheets provided for that "sofa bed" were not long enough. Interestingly as someone else mentioned, the appartment was not at balbinova 5 as 2 of the appartments are but we actually were at balbinova 16. Why did i have to find about it only when i had no option to free cancellation?

The Family's Nest was located in a very safe and convenient location - less than 5 minute walk to the closest U-Bahn station (Muzeum). There's a farmer's market nearby which we really enjoyed. The apartment was clean and had fresh linens and towels. The owner was really accommodating and worked with me to make sure I got my keys upon arrival (at an outrageous time of 4am). Will fully recommend!

The apartment itself isn't located at the address listed here. We had some trouble finding it but figured it out in the end. There is more than one apartment available, so if you have a preference, make sure you ask ahead!

Devil lies in the detail (!) Please ensure adequate supply of toilet paper rolls!
