Location, friendly service, availability of in-room amenities, room service, and variety of food available at the hotel's kitchen. The room(s) with a window that border the street tend to be insufficiently insulated from the various noises from the city. |

Fabulously comfortable beds, very chilled out atmosphere and friendly staff, great location and easy to walk to all the sights. As other reviews have said the walls seem very thin, although only a small hotel so not much disturbance. We could also faintly hear the music from the bar downstairs so if sensitive ask for 2nd/3rd floor room. |

This hotel ticked all the right boxes. The staff were all amazingly friendly and everyone spoke English, which was a major help as we could not speak a word of Czech. The room was beautiful and spacious and the breakfast choices perfect. Good location, close enough to everywhere important, but tucked away on a side street to be away from any city noise. Air conditioning worked perfectly as well. We were even offered free DVD use for evening relaxation when we were too tired to go out again. |

Awesome breakfast! Absolutely worth staying there just for this. Plus very comfortable beds and doonas It is essential that all rooms to the front get double glassing! One can hear not only every single car that is going past (and it is a busy street even at night), but also people walking past having a regular conversation. So much money must have been spent on the renovation of the hotel, I absolutely don't understand why the windows were not upgraded. Besides the otherwise great stay, this is a reason not to return and not to recommend the hotel to friends. |

Upon arrival the friendly and helpful check-in. The reception arranged for opera tickets nothing was too much trouble. I would especially like to thank Renata , Charlie and Mil.... (cannot decipher her signature!) for all their help. Rooms very a bit noisy. |

Good Breakfast and coffee. Attentive Service. Poor wireless internet reception. Only wired LAN internet connection available. Fingerprint safe not user friendly - there was difficulty reading the same fingerprint to open the safe. |
