The design of the hotel is excellent, the room was spacious and the bed very confortable. The staff was helpful, especially the manager. The restaurant is good for a snack, but not more, even if the choice is large and the price low. Try the massage... |

free internet, good breakfast, very friendly staff, good location My room was on the street side and it was very very noisy at night to the point where on several nights I did not sleep until about 4am. In future I would only stay if I could have a room on the other side of the hotel. |

Great friendly staff always willing to help! Parking is not well organised. Parking price should be included in hotel bill and the car should be driven from garage in front of hotel doors by staff and not by clients who have to go pay and pick it up to garage next street. |

A very beautiful hotel. A quiet calming environment for those who want to unwind and/or take bike tours through this area of Austrian wine country. Excellent breakfast, especially for a European hotel. The contemporary decor (just a personal preference). Again the hotel is very calming and everywhere feels like a spa (which equals contemporary decor). This entire area geographically speaking) of Austria would not be a good place if you were traveling with kids. |

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fantastic. Room was large and modern. The noise was the only problem - rooms not very soundproofed could hear TVs from other rooms plus a lot of street noise and music from nearby businesses. |
