Location, location, location.

Location was awesome

The pictures online given an impression that they have a lot of those artistic beautiful victorian style rooms. However, they only have 2 rooms that are the old style rooms - the rest are all new and furnished. And you may or may not be the lucky one to receive one of those 2 rooms when you check in.

Location is amazing!

They should improve their breakfast by serving fresh food. For 3 days, I saw the same old ham (half pink half green) which was stinking!

I arrived in the snow, wheeling my bag over the cobbles. The location in the main square was excellent, really easy to find. I had a very nice room overlooking the main square, Christmas tree and all. The breakfast, which was included, was good and a very generous selection.

Loud tour groups.

The staff were absolutely wonderful especially the lady at reception and the man who took all our bags to our room and showed my husband where to park. He was very helpful. We were very appreciative of all their friendly help and thought it was wonderful that they smiled a lot. Could not have been more pleasant and welcoming to us. The breakfast was really good with good selection and nice surroundings. The location is wonderful.

It was very confusing to find it Directions to get there would be helpful once you reach Cesky Krumlov. The streets are a bit of a maze and it is easy to get lost. It was very noisy at night not the hotels fault lots of revelry at other hotels nearby so light sleepers would not be happy.

the location is excellent. So was breakfast.

Staff were efficient but not friendly. The was room (151) was dreadful. I have never heard such loud creaking floorboards over the total floor. It was impossible to move about the room quietly. even the beds were noisy. The beds were so bad that mine even creaked when I turned my head from one side to the other.. WiFi was also a problem. For some reason I could not connect to either the room system or the loby system. I had to go out to a coffee shop where I connected immediately. Hotel staff had no idea why their system would not connect.

We had a lovely room! The hotel staff were friendly. We had a lovely view over the main square, and the hotel is very central. Cesky is very easy to walk around, very beautiful Medieval town!

We stayed here in this charming old hotel in right on the main square for 4 nights. We were there during a heat wave in July and thank heavens the air conditioning was working very well! The housekeepers even supplied washcloths if you wanted them, and extra towels. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was fantastic!!! They had everything you could possibly want. I can't say enough about the dining staff. They were always so friendly and pleasant! And very hard working! The dining room itself is a real treat. We enjoyed sitting at breakfast everyday for an hour or more just enjoying the ambience of the room. {And , of course, the food} The hotel itself was loaded with charm. All the halls and common areas were decorated and we enjoyed walking around and looking at everything. Charming!

It provides all the basic facilities like a fridge, air condition, breakfast included in our room charge and very helpful staff. The breakfast is very high quality. I especially loved the great variety of fresh fruit served at breakfast. I also loved the ambience of the old inn feel to this hotel. The birds are an attractive feature to the the atmosphere. It's location is fantastic. I was only here for a night, and would stay here again when and if I return to Cesky Krumlov.
