Clean room, nice room, handy staff, close from the Praha castle and Charles bridge

noisy outside during night time, some staff if kind but some is not

The hotel is in a brilliant location, really clean and looks lovely. The staff are really helpful too.

The room was too hot at the night

The wardrobe (2 door clothes cupboard where safe is) did not lock shut properly.

We walked right past the anonymous facade of the hotel, but once opening the main door we were stunned.. Newly renovated boutique hotel in perfect location just in between the royal castle and the old town on the other side of the river. 10 min walk to reach the main attractions in Prague. The style of the hotel is modern , yet maintaining the historic feeling. Really helpful & service minded staff, grand room with nice and clean atmosphere, and delicate bathroom. The restaurant where they serve breakfast is however not renovated - and gives a bad first impression - but the range and taste of buffet selection gave us a positive surprise. We can also reccomend the jazz bar to the right of the entrance - laidback atmosphere with lots of charm

The room only had mirror on the bathroom. When getting ready for a night out (and more than 1 person sharing room) it would have been useful to have a full figure mirror. Also, the windows facing the street are quite thin - we could hear any noise outside..

Close to everything, yet not right in the middle of all the action. Easy walking distance to historical parts of city.

The location is Perfect for Any plans you might have while visiting Prague. The people at the front desk were Very Friendly, Multi-lingual and all Extremely Attractive.

No air conditioning

i'll start with the wonderfull and special stuff ,and i want to point each one of them . they were kind and helpfull about any help we needed every day i was there . the room we stayed was like they build it right now ,clean ,comfortable , quiet , romantic , and in one word facinating for young couple .

For a reasonable Price, you get great comfort and space only 100m away from the Charles Bridge and a short walk from the Hradzin. The Best about the Hotel is its uniqueness. Placed in an old house, every room seems to be individually furnitured and is equipped with wooden ceilings and wooden floors. Great Design if you like boutique characters, really friendly staff and a great location.

The elevator was in a condition that seemed to need maintenance, giving us a bit of claustrophobic feeling when it did not open well two times. The breakfeast is ok, but the juice for example seems mixed with water or of a minor quality. The rooms and friendliness of staff totally neutralize such things though.

Centrally located, a very short walk to Charles Bridge and within walking distance of all the attractions; staff very helpful especially Monika in giving directions; great breakfast/nice ambience; really loved the room with the exposed beams and the view of St. Vitus Cathedral.

The hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom newly fitted. We really enjoyed our stay and would return to The Charles again in the future.
