The hotel catered for everyone the breakfast was excellent. Within easy access to the underground. The staff were very helpful. We had a very good experience, and would recommend the hotel to anyone, whether it be budget or suite they cater for all. |

good tennis facilities and spa . food reasonably good especially in Moravian Restaurant . Male receptionist had he personality of a wet weekend . Very unhelpful and disinterested . |

The Hotel was excellent for the price I paid! The rooms were clean and although a little way off the city center, access via bus and Metro was excellent. The morning breakfast was good although it did get a bit crowded as the morning wore on. |

realy fare price.exellent breakfast. easy access to public transport. not so comfortable beds, there where no double bed so we had to put 2 single beds together wich was so uncomfortable. the bath room was full of wather after taking a 5 min shower! |

Healthy breakfast, comfortable rooms at an affordable price. The hotel is magnificent having many luxuries. We stayed there for a week and sheets were not changed once during that period |

There was a mix-up with reservations, but hotel stuff sorted it out in 5 minutes. Breakfast was ok, just what I expected for the price. Cleaning lady was there every day with clean linen and towels. BUT...My reservation was for Top Hotel Prague Garni 2 star part of the hotel, which is a separate building. For some reason they put us in 4 star Top Hotel Prague Spa part. At the reception of Garni they asked if I booked through internet, and when I said that I did, they sent me to the 4 star part reception. I'm not sure if Garni was ful...or if they wanted a good review here for 2 star Garni part of the hotel. Anyway, it worked great for me :-) Cleaning ladies start their work at 6:30 am. And they make quite a noise vacuuming and slamming the door. The walls in the rooms are paper thin, so you hear everything in other rooms and in the hall.So if you're light sleeper like myself,no sleeping after 6:30am. The locks are the electronic ones, so one day the cleaning lady entered our room in 8am although it was locked and "do not disturb" button (yes,button) pushed. So, no privacy guarantied. |

I like the hotel from inside ,its big and well organized . I didnt like the policy concerning the swiming pool and the gym ,because we need to pay for everything nothing was for free ,usually in all europe when u reserved in the hotel all the activities u can do it for free. |

On check in, we were upgraded free of charge to a suite! This was an absolute bargain, as I only paid 40GBP in total for for myself and my partner to stay 2 nights. The staff were incredible, and we always felt well cared for. |
