The Art Nouveau atmosphere, the whole hotel is amazing from the incyde! The rooms need a little more something, you have to take the time and re arrange them, but they are v.clean and tidy, and spacy! The whole hotel is cozy and friendly, something difficult to find in a huge hotel! The breacfast was more than enough, and you didnt know what to choose from the boufets! Finally the Japanese garden and the restaurants had fantastic dishes, in prices you could find also in the old city! I would defenetely stayed again there if i visit Prague again! |

We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel, the rooms are big, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, restaurants and bars, too. The swimming pool and wellness area are excellent. There is no bankomat in the hotel and the change desk is not always working. The bus ticket automat in front of the hotel is not working. |

The staff were very helpful, it was clean and cheap. It appeared on the advertisement to be easy to get public transport, but a bus as well as two lines of metro was time Iconsuming. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows thin.I was lead to believe I was getting a double bed but it was two singles. The breakfast buffet was not what I was expecting I think this hotel is more suited to locals on conferenece or sport trips not foreigners. I did not like that there was smoking allowed in the hotel, I will do more research when booking a hotel next time. |

The room: it was big and comfortable. Also, the variety of services offered by the hotel (sports, gym, spa). The staff was friendly and cooperative The breakfast buffet was terrible. Our room was not cleaned up the second day. |

Beds were good and the grounds and lobby were very luxurious. Convenient to public transportation. Wi-Fi in room was extremely slow to the point where we couldn't surf the web. Upon check out we were not able to exit the parking lot at 3:45 in the morning. Had to wait 10 minutes for security to finally let us out. |

Free internet and parking. Room is clean but looking very poor, breakfast very bad, hotels look like old soviet period hotel, but if you need value for money it is good choice. Very far from centre. |

It was harassment from the leadership at the hotel from start to end of my stay. And the room etc had a low quality, lower than one star. Also a rat came into the swimming pool area. I had to cancel 6 of 7 days due to harassment. The room temperature was only 15 degrees Celsius and it could not be changed. The room quality was low, an old room that was no 3 stars room. The leader at the reception and the quality of the room was too bad, less than one star. We were really glad when we could leave the hotel, also due to sickness due to only 15 degress Celsius in the room. |

Long way out of city centre. Bus then Tram. After midnight long taxi drive. As a couple we were given a twin room, not a double. They changed it but not the hassle we wanted after a long trip. A question at reception would haver saved an hours hassle lugging cases along corridors. |

Value for money, decent hotel, a very good breakfast, all the services you need, free parking, free wifi internet, pleasant stuff, they're english spokers, and more... No air conditioning, was quite hot inside, no ventilation in the bathroom, the room was clean but in five days the maid never used the vacuum cleaner at all. |

the hotel and surrouding did look very good i didn't like the way the staff communicated with guests and i didn't like that the swimming pool was expensive. it's not ok when the hotel offers you a swimming pool for which you have to pay per our to swim! |

too far from touristic sites, take too long to go touristic sites., complicated transportation system with several changes and taking long time to reach to touristic sites. Hotel was too far from anywhere. Breakfast included but I didn't take after one and last meal. It was no good. Lavabo was blocked during my whole stay instead of my demand to repair it to reception, they absolutely didn't care. The way to my room was so far and walking under staircase etc, absolutely unconvient. Why people are smoking everywhere there? Very unpleasant stay. I will never go back there. In the room, there's very annoying strange mechanic sound from ventilation system, so practically I couldn't sleep whole night |

A very good price/quality rate. A little bit outside town but if you go there by car that would not be a problem. Parking is not free. Also, reserve included breakfast rooms.. otherwise the breakfast of 12Eur/person is a little bit too expensive. |
