sengen var hard pga tynn madrass, tynn og kort "dyne" og varmen på rommet er ikke mulig å skru ned. Prisen ble feil beregnet av betjeningen og jeg måtte krangle for å få prisen koorigert til avtalt pris

too far from city and airport, transport info is not sufficient, from airport you need to take a bus, then metro A or B, then metro C, then another bus :(

fair price

Lack of accuracy in the information about the room, the room couldn't be more than 100 euro per day as shown in the offer, the price indicated were the real one, not the reduced one. The restaurant was closed after 10 p.m. The bathroom was small and without drainage.

Loved the hotel. Excellent spa facilities, plenty of choice for dining and the 115 bus stops right outside the hotel - bus goes directly to the metro station and huge shopping centre. Staff were helpful and breakfast was very good.

Very busy reception, so sometimes getting service took a little time. Coffee and tea facilities not available in room - would have been a nice touch. Minibar is only available after paying a deposit - upon payment, key to the minibar is given to you.

Perfect stay, perfect value for money

Nice facility, good restaurants, good service, excellent discount price for room, close to the bus station.

Poor soundproofing (rather noisy), too many smoking areas generating a nasty smell in the hotel hallway.

I really loved the room and the hall, it looks great and the prices are ok.

Maybe the staff could be nicer with the guests.

It had a reasonable rate for the New Years period. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Location is terrible! There is a bus which you need to take to the city from the front, however that does not run after 12am which made it very very difficult to get home. The staff are terrible. Most unhelpful and rudest staff. They gave us directions on how to get back to the hotel and they were so inadequate that we were wandering in the dark on New Years for 1.5 hrs.

Breakfast - wide range of breads, cakes, sasuages, cheese. Bus stop right in front of the hotel

No hot water, no towels, we booked a double room, we got a twin room, there was basically no non-smoking area, the hotel staff extremely unhelpful and rude. Lack of lifts taking into account the size of the hotel. Do not rely on money exchange office - they have no money for exchange. We do not recommend it
