the lift is quite old and it needs to be repared

hotel was spotless ,two min walk from metro, very comfortable ,warm, and near local shops pubs

the receptionist girl tried to convince me using the taxi she suggested. she said it's cheapper but is turned out to be much more expensive.TV remote is broken and is impossible to get another one. need to pay 4 euro/day for safty box.

Hotel Tosca is ideally located in Praha 2 with easy access to tram lines and the Namesti Miru Metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. This was the perfect place to stay on a short visit to Prague!

Location was good. About 2 minute walk from the tram/subway stations. Front desk had ticket info for city tours and such and even arranged tour reservations for us (even rebooked when we missed it the first time). Staff was knowledgable of attractions and methods of transportation and was very friendly. we didn't get the internet (costs money), so can't offer critique on that.

For those not use to european cities, the parking was small and tight, and they may not like it. the parking cost was a bit high for the quality though. but the parking was closed/locked all the time unless patrons needed to leave/enter the parking area. there was no shower curtain (not even rod mounts), so that was odd, but the bathroom was large and wasn't a big factor. the elevator was a bit rickety, but had some safety features, just took getting use to.

Everything was just fine - great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms. A firm 3-star hotel.

Easy to get to via metro, etc.

I had to ask our towels and sheets be changed, after not being done for several days. And the sheet on one bed was worn out, with holes, to begin with. When I brought it to the desk person, he made me feel it was my fault that I hadn't said something earlier. He should have apologized It was taken care of the next day. We always left a daily tip and were unhappy I needed to bring these things to someone's attention And, why can't all staff smile and be friendly?.

Está situado en un bonito barrio, muy cerca del centro antiguo.

El servicio de habitaciones es malo: el primer día daba la impresión de que no habían hecho la cama; las toallas no las cambiaron nunca, a pesar de que estaban agujereadas y sucias. Además, aplicaron una tasa de cambio distintas a la establecida en la reserva, sin respetar los precios ofrecidos por Booking.

Cerca de una estacion de metro, el desayuno bastante bien.

La ubicación es perfecta, en la puerta del hotel tienes una parada de tranvía, y a 3 min. está Nàmesti Miru que es una plaza donde hay paradas de metro, tranvía y autobuses. También es muy barato y tienen un cuarto para guardar las maletas el último día

Como todos los hoteles están preparados para el frío, por lo que si vas en verano puede ser que pases calor en la habitación.

Ho già soggiornato presso questo hotel (in singola) e non ero rimasto soddisfatto del tutto. Invece, in doppia, la situazione è migliore. Riassumo i pro: buona posizione, stanza (matrimoniale) più che dignitosa e funzionale, discreta sensazione di pulizia e di funzionalità. Nel complesso valutazione positiva. Tornerò. Segnalo la grande disponibilità mostrata dal personale. Rapporto qualità prezzo valido.

Nulla di particolare se non che la stanza era al piano terra, su di un mini cortile adoperato a mò di discarica, invaso di moscerini. Letto con qualche cigolio.
