Central location & convenient access to Metro system. I would not give this hotel a 4 Star rating. I would have expected an hotel classified as 4 Star to have other items such as Tea/Coffee making facilities, radio alarm clock & box of tissues. The sink in the bathroom of room 204, had a massive crack and should be replaced. |

This proposed use of a double room for a single provided high level of comfort. The supposed use of a single small plate in the buffet during breakfast was not so good. |

Excellent location close to both tram and metro stops but within easy walking distance to the main tourist areas of the city. A good variety of both fast food outlets and other restaurants nearby. |

good orange juice and croissants for breakfast..the staff were polite and helpful..we were thankful that they spoke english! the location is very good, since everything is at a walkable distance (metro, ATM, restaurants, wenceslas square). the area around was also fine..ambience of the hotel was nice.. no parking space was available when we went, and public parking in prague is difficult. there was no towel rack in the bathroom. the beds were uncomfortable. we had asked for a 3 bedded room and all they did was to provide an extra bed in a 2 bedded room. this bed was bad..when my daughter sat on it with a thud, it broke!! thankfully, it was a makeshift bed and could be fixed. dont eat the scrambled eggs for breakfast! the bathtub was quite high! one has to literally climb into it!! not suitable for ppl with back or leg trouble..towels were not changed and the bathroom mat was not replaced. . |

This hotel was very clean with friendly and helpful staff. In addition it was very conveniently located for public transport and easy access to good local restaurants. The breakfast was the main item not to impress us. |

The staff was very helpful, especially Elena at the front desk. Was given a large suite which accommodated us in great comfort. The hotel is located between two subway stations and two steps from train 22, which takes you to the castle and other sights in town. Not a luxury 4 start, but a very good quality for the price we have paid. |
