The breakfast is very good value for money. The food is all good quality food and laid out like buffet every morning. The hotel room is very clean, one of the light bulbs went in the morning and without saying a word to anyone it was changed by the time we came back. less then a ten minute walking distance from Wenceslas Square.
We were on the fifth floor and our windows faced upwards towards the sky , which was slightly disappointing, but I would still stay here again
1) Location of the hotel is quite good, as it is close to some important points in the city: 10-15 min on foot to the Central train terminal, with many intercity and international coaches starting just at the entrance to the terminal, too; 3 min to the I.P. Pavlov metro station; some 15 min on foot to the Museum and Vaclav Square (true, the road from the centre is somewhat tiring as it goes uphill to the hotel). 2) There was porridge for breakfast! (among other dishes, of course...)
1) Frequent absence of plates, forks, cups etc as washing-up in the breakfast room is done by hand; 2) there were only three hangers and no chair in the room (they brought them later on request); 3) the drinks (juice?) were watery and not drinkable; 3) the pipes in the bathroom were leaking, with water accumulating on the floor every night (They promised to fix it, but were we the first to complain?)
IT was very well communicated -next to IP.Pavlova. Very clean, gorgeous bedroom, nice staff. Good price-quality relation!
Wifi was not working the first days. It was fixed in our last two days
Location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness.
Variable breakfast. Terrible quality juices. Hardly any fresh friut. Too many chocolate cakes. Often no butter, plates, cups and saucers or cutlery.
Location is perfect..Hotel's so close Wherever you want to go..main train station, metro station, famous food restaurants, public bazaar etc..Staffs very friendly..
The room was humidity..
The breakfast was very good and I really recommend the late bird wake up for the morning meal. And the location was not excellent but it is near enough.
I saw there were some commend said the internet was good and I don't know why. During the 3 days stay there was no internet at all or the signal was so slow that even sending one word message was not possible. The staff was nice but did not solve this problem, at least in the 3 days.
Quiet room, nice enough bathroom.
Asked for double bed, got 2 singles pushed together, wooden slats on one side were already broken, tiny little pillows. No Tea coffee facilities. Internet quite patchy, otherwise nice enough hotel, good location, KFC and McDonalds very close, Tram and Metro very close, within walking distance of Wenceslas Square. (5 mins) Bathroom quite nice but only liquid soap dispenser on wall, no other toiletries supplied, tiny little bath? towels, Very pricey for the standard of hotel.
The location and breakfast are the best things this hotel has to offer.
The wifi didnt work. The staff at the front desk some where nice dome were not. Asked for a late check out and of 1 extra hour and wad met by a rotondous.NO.
Location was very good. Well kept and clean Staff very friendly and helpful with tourist.
Beds were not comfortable Unable to reach front desk Mini market only had alcohol for sale. Could not get soft drinks or water.
Location was good. Staff friendly but not effective. Good knowledge of English.
1)Upon arrival we found a plugged sink and it took 3 days to fix it, only after our daily requests! 2) Due to an early departure, we asked for a breakfast box (on 2 separate occasions, again just a day before leaving), never got it ! 3) The bathtub was installed too high, very difficult to get in and out.
Location near train and tram, clean room and wonderful breakfast
Wifi was a nightmare, maybe 2% of time it worked in my room. Sometimes it didn't even work in the lobby
Staff was very helpful Room was spacious and quiet Convenient location close to Prague convention center
Definitely not up to 4 star standards No water pressure in shower Tasteless coffee...
Location; quiet and staff very good.
Rooms tended to be overheated.
Everything close from the hotel
The noise from outside!
Cosy rooms, very friendly staff, good selection of breakfast items...
Noisy surroundings, no remote control for the TV in the room
Our family stayed for 2 weeks and it was a great stay for us. Hotel staff were always very helpful. The hotel is a very short walk to two metro stations or you can choose to walk to any of the historic sites. We particularly liked how quiet the hotel was and the always reliable and free wi fi service.
There was nothing not to like about this hotel and we will definitely book the hotel again on our next visit.
Every our requests was answered positive. Superb breakfast. Big double bed. No problem with laggage storage before checking in time and checking out time, before flight. We came very early, our plane came at 6 AM. Overall excellent impression!
Pillows should be bigger - common "problem" for hotels. Wi-Fi was not that fast. 3G on a phone was faster most if the time. No stuff like brushe for shoes cleaning in usual room.
Location is very good. Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent and rich. Will go there again
- breakfast - bathroom
- fitness center with not functional machines - room on the rooftop with only window to the sky
Location and facility great!
Pretty close to city center, big room, breakfast is big, but the same all days.
Condition was awful - it didn't work at all, while it was above 35C. Staff was unable to fix the problem during 3 days - we were told that the problem is all around the hotel (while other guests were freezing in their room). It is pretty loud in the street (trams, cars) - if you have sleep problems, better take room with a yard windows.
Friendly stuff, good location
Quiet to back of building
A little soul-less? Could do with a bit more character and a little less marble flooring.
Lovely big room and big windows
We were greeted by very friendly staff, clean surrondings, great local!
We found it on our last day in Prague.
