The hotel was perfect for our 5 day visit to Prague. The location, at the end of the Charles Bridge, was so convenient. In spite of overlooking the bridge, we did not have any problems with noise. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

A lift would have been helpful, but this is a very old and historical building so i am not sure if it would be possible to install a lift.

Such a wonderful location clean nice staff darling design and history..spotless.so fresh and inviting..great breakfast good omolette.

The stair case was challenging spiral steps but unique.not anything bad Kleenex tissues would be nice..

We liked the location well situated on Charles bridge, clean and welcoming hotel ,friendly staff ,breakfast was included and was very nice lots of choice we would stay there again and would recommend it to others locking for some where to stay in Prague

only thing we could find fault with was on returning to the hotel after a long day on our feet site seeing we would have liked to go into the hotel bar for a drink ,but there was no bar otherwise it was fantastic

No Bar facility, no lounge, no lift, restaurant, not part of the hotel, i.e. could not put bill on the room.

I stayed here for 4 nights in March. I booked 2 rooms for my Mum and myself. Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Situated at the foot of the Charles Bridge on the castle side of the river, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel is an old historic building, full of character, with wooden beams in the ceiling. My room looked out directly on to Charles Bridge. A fantastic sight to wake up to. Everything is in easy walking distance, we didn't use the tram at all. Convenient if you want to come back and get changed, or drop off souvenirs. The staff were all friendly, and as it was Mothers Day on the day we arrived, I had ordered flowers over the internet to be delivered to the hotel. The staff had kindly received the flowers, put them in a vase of water, and placed them in her room for her arrival, which I arranged through emails with them. Even though the temperatures outside were freezing, the hotel was nice and warm. Prague was fantastic, and staying at this hotel added to that experience. This hotel would be equally great for a city trip, exploring the castle, a romantic break, or a short break with your Mum:)

It didn't concern us, but as it is an old building there is no lift. So if you have trouble with mobility it might not be the hotel for you.

A glorious little hotel in a fantastic location just at the end of the Charles Bridge. The room was very comfortable and clean and attractive, with all the modern conveniences. The breakfast buffet was the best I've seen so far on my 3 month trip! I'll be dreaming about their bacon for weeks to come. The woman at reception was helpful and courteous, though one of the gentleman was a little less accommodating. Overall - BIG thumbs up!

No lift - just be warned! I didn't mind this personally as I never pack more than I can carry and expect 'stairs only' in historical cities, but my friend was quite put out.

Location of the hotel was perfect, in the middle of the touristic area, the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially blond lady with blue eyes), breakfast was very good.

Fantastic, stunning, fairytale setting, directly on the Charles Bridge. Quiet, upmarket area but short stroll from all attractions. Small and intimate. Friendly staff. Great hot and cold breakfast. MUST be best location in Prague, Excellent value.

It was really friendy but not obtrusive, really relaxed and laid back, safe, comfortable and warm - a perfect place to rest after sightseeing in the cold.
