The staff were very warm and friendly. Though their weekend breakfast timing was 8AM to 10AM, they made sure the breakfast was ready by 7AM as we had a early flight to catch.

Had internet only in the lobby. Would have preferred interent in the room.

We passed through Prague with 2 young children and needed a hotel with good connections to the airport. This was very good value for the price, offering two large rooms and bathroom, with a very helpful reception.

Reasonable price, frendly staff English and (partly) Russian speaking. Tram # 22 fetches one from the hotel to the heart of Golden Prague in 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and have enough space. Simple and substantial breakfest .

Wi-Fi worked unstable.

The hotel was very nice and clean, it did feel pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had good facilities, including a tv and the breakfast were delicious. The nearby tram can take you to the city centre in about 25-30 minutes (depending on where you want to get off).

Good location 10 mins drive from airport.The 22 tram stops directly outside the hotel which stops at all major attractions in Prague.Very friendly helpful staff , good breakfast and great VFM.This was my second stay this year.Highly recommended.

Room was clean and comfortable. Short distance from the airport. The included breakfast. All in all a very good cheap hotel.

It was reasonably priced but on refelection there may be better places at the same price. It was comfortable in a no frills way. The bedroom was secure and ensuite available. We had a T.V. we eventually got to speak in english. Although a long way from the city centre the tram connection was right outside, so once we knew where to go it was handy. We had several main attractions on that route. The breakfast was a buffet and fair; we could eat what we wanted.

It was basic and we expected that. It advertises a restaurant but that is not used except for the specail German evenings, so is falsly advertised. The most irritating feature was not being able to get a cup of tea through the day or evening - despite staff freely using the tea facility which was available in the diningroom area. There was only one staff member who was friendly he was the main manager who was lovely, most others were not friendly. One young lady told me they didn't have tea making facilities because it was only a three star hotel. I feel that is going back into the dark ages. The bedroom was tidied once in 5 days and toilet rolls given when we ran out, soap wasn't replaced. The T.V. worked but took several days to figure out English and the computer was ancient - but available. They need to carefully balance frugality with meaness.

Very friendly and helpful personal

Easy to reach, not far from airport. Calm street. Close to tram station. Had Wifi connection in room. Good blankets, friendly staff. We had early flight and staff was at reception for check-out, gave us a pack with sandwiches for breakfast.

Little bit cold inside room (30'th March, outside:+6C and rain). So small room at second floor(mansard) and narrow bathroom. Not easy to find electricity socket.

It had a very convenient location and its price was very reasonable. The staff were very friendly!

Some of the bedding's were too old!

Nice hotel, very good value for the price. Quiet and clean. 10 min. away from the Prague international airport.

Doesn't have an elevator.

Many thanks to the elderly gentleman at the Hotel who greeted us and then helped us with information for a good travel around Prague. Great Staff, easy to speak to and very helpful.

The internet kept coming and going. However, it was free.

Un lugar sencillo pero muy limpio, los banos nitidos siempre arreglado...se esmeran porque te sientas comodo. Cerca del tran via..perfecto un lugar tranquilisimo donde puedes descansar para en la manana estar listo y recorrer Praga ciudad magica.

Dobra lokalizacja,bardzo dobry dojazd Stare Miasto.Tramwaj 22 jedzie przez całe Hradczany,przejeżdża całą Pragę.W pokojach czysto chociaż przydałby się mały lifting.Niedaleko kaufland,można zrobić sobie zakupy na powrót (piwo :) ).W miarę cicho dopóki nie ma Rosjan w pokojach.

Mało sympatyczna obsługa (jakby robili łaskę że mają gości). Monotonne śniadania,poza tym ok.

Приветливый люди, чисто, аккуратно. Удобно расположен, прям у отеля трамвайная остановка. 20 минут и вы на Карловом мосту без пересадок. Билетик на трамвай можно купить прям в отеле на ресепшене.

- sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, 15min. mit der Straßenbahn ins Zentrum - reichhaltiges Frühstücksbufet

- wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad - Straßenlaterne direkt vor unserem Fenster (da Dachfenster keine Gardine)

Рядом трамвайная остановка, с которой до центра, рукой подать.А еще удобно до аэропорта добираться и обратно,едешь трамваем две остановки и пересаживаешься на 179 автобус который едет до аэропорта.

Отсутствие холодильника и чайника.

Egyszerű, de tiszta, kényelmes, városnézéshez pár napra tökéletes.ár- érték arányban megfelelő. Reggeli bőséges,megfelelő választékkal.A Villamos megálló a ház előtt,amivel minden látványosság megközelíthető volt.

Reggel 8-9 óra felé már zajlott a takarítás a kiürült szobákban,ami nagyon hangos volt, erre ébredtünk.De úgyis indulni kellett reggelizni:)

Цена/качество. В цену включён завтрак. Однотипный но для пары дней хороший. Легко найти. Парковка. Остановка трамвая в 50 метрах.

Персонал мог бы быть поприветливей. Тонкие стены, плохая звукоэзоляция.

расположение,на трамвае до центра минут 20-30,рядом огромный торговый центр кауфленд.

шумно в номере,сказывается близость дороги.

Muy buena atención y servicio por parte de la recepcionista. Nos quedamos ahí en nuestra primer noche en praga ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde. Desayuno estándar europeo

No tan cerca del aeropuerto como esperaba

4 liikmelisele perele saime 2 tuba ja ruumi oli väga palju. Auto parkisime hotelli parklasse ja sõitsime trammiga kesklinna. Väga mugav.
