Russian speaking stuff. Close to Airport.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, good value

The glasses in the room were dirty when we came in and there was still ash in the ashtray....No waste basket in the bathroom and the towels were not changed once the whole three days we were there.

Really a fine hotel for low cost, with nice and very helpfull people in the reception.. The tram right in front of the hotel, driving every ca 5 min is excellent - only about 25 min to Prag center

The restaurant had on the Folklore evenings not much time for hotel guests

I loved the breakfast and the air conditioning and the front desk help. They were very kind--especially Andre and he let us store our bags after check-out until our train left. It was so very helpful and appreciated. I loved the spacious and spotless bathroom and the soap dispensers were such a good idea in the shower.

The hotel staff were very helpful in getting us food even though they were extremely busy on both nights we were there with touring partys having a night out.The female singer on one of the Folk Nights was exceptional

Not like as such. The hotel sometimes has coach parties, mostly German ,who have a "Folk night" in the hotel. Even as guests we could sit an listen to this if you like taht sort of thing. My German improved by listening to the singing and the compere

la stanza è pulita, il letto confortevole, la tv ci va un corso accelerato ma era ok, il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile col tram in 30min

la descrizione dell'hotel dice che si trova a 10-15 minuti dall'aereoporto... magari in macchina, visto che ho dovuto prendere 2 bus di linea ed impiegarci 30 minuti. inoltre non viene specificato che nel week-end la colazione è dalle ore 8 in poi, ma in ogni caso se si parte prima preparano la colazione da portare via.

Personeel in receptie niet vriendelijk, eerst een klein kamer aangeboden, in tweede werkte internet niet, derde kamer had WC en douche gezamelijk met andere kamer(gelukkig was die leeg)!!! Vrijdag avond was restaurant gesloten voor een groep duitse turisten van een andere hotel (muziek!!!!!!)

Seul bemol, la distance par rapport au centre de Prague (Compense par le tram qui s'arrete a quelques metres)

gentiletea si serviabilitatea personalului excelenta,un raport pret-calitate excelent disanta relativ buna fata de Castelul Praga.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab einen sicheren Parkplatz
