La cortesia e disponibilità dello staff, la precisione del servizio, l'accuratezza dei dettagli, l'ottima condizione della stanza, la posizione dell'hotel. Il venerdì notte si percepiva chiaramente la musica di un locale vicino che è risultata fastidiosa. |

l'hotel è piccolo con poche camere, disposto su 3 piani senza ascensore, ma grazioso. La posizione rispetto alla città vecchia è molto buona. L'accoglienza ottima avevo chiaramente chiesto un garage per la moto che poi in pratica non c'era se non a distanze inaccettabili. Comunque il personale si è dato da fare al fine di trovarmi una sistemazione anche se non ottimale ma comunque accettabile e gratuita. |

Posizione centralissima, albergo assolutamente ben tenuto, la gentilezza dello staff, la pulizia delle stanze e l'eleganza nell'arredo, frigobar gratis. Per me non è stato un problema, ma la mancanza di ascensore può essere un problema per ospiti anziani. |

Ottima posizione per visitare la città; gentilezza del personale, comfort e pulizia delle camere; servizio frigo-bar gratuito. Camere disponibili 6 quindi molto raccolto e accogliente. Mancanza dell'ascensore per arrivare all'ultimo dei tre piani. |

hotel in posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Praga molto carino e molto accogliente personale molto disponibile nella vostra publicazione sul sito il parcheggio è gratuito, invece no.Pagati 27,00Euro per un giorno e mezzo, per parcheggiare in un posto non custodito e riservato agli invalidi con relativo permesso applicato sul cruscotto |

great location, very friendly and helpfull staff and very good value for money. Great for a citytrip or a romantic holiday. They put us in the wrong room at first but that was corrected the next day in a very friendly matter. Dont expect a huge breakfast for a 6 room hotel, but it was more then adequate. dont expect 24/24 service from like a big hotel. eg. The cook was missing for the breakfast for a day (no scrambled eggs), but that didnt really matter. If you need that.. then book a big hotel, not a boutique hotel. A lock on the front door which you can use with the keykard would be recommendable (this way you dont have to ring everytime you want to enter). |

Our room was right on the river looking out over the charles bridge. Amazing view, very comfortable and romantic setting. The entire hotel felt luxurious but quaint at the same time. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was beautiful and delicious. They had a mini fridge in the room with drinks that were free of charge which is not something you ever see in europe. The location was better than advertised! The only thing i didn't like was that there was no elevator but the stairs to the 3rd floor was good for me after a goulash dinner! |

I cannot express how pleased we all were with the Hotel. From the incredible location (I dont think you could have a better location in Prague.!), to the friendliness of the staff, and wonderful design of the Hotel. The most comfortable Hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are wonderfully kept, bathrobes that challenge any spa. Breakfast is excellent, and ask for the Cafe Latte...! Excellent. This hotel and the staff comes with my strong recommendation, and I cannot wait to be back. This will be my base in Prague in the future. Thank you to all at the Hotel. |

A small but lovely hotel in a quiet area. The service was excellent, the breakfasts were great with a lovely view of Charles Bridge. The rooms are tastefully furnished and very comfortable. This would not be an easy hotel for disabled customers as there is no lift to the upper floors. |

We liked the location, the style of the room and the view to the Charles Bridge very much. Heated bathroom floor and free minibar were great. Stuff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was not very big, but really good, they made wonderful scrambled eggs (it is not part of the buffet but they ask you whether you would like them). |

The location is fantastic, right next to the Charles bridge, silent at night. The rooms are so comfortable, never slept so good in a hotel bed! The hotel personnel was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. I recommend this hotel to every couple looking for romance. |

Perfect. Top-location, view on Carls Bridge, only 6 rooms but 24/24 service, including breakfast buffet, friendly staff. And first hotel I've ever been with perfect heater/airco: make it as cold or hot as you want and it all works! |

The hotels was very central. Our room was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it is a great hotel to stay at in Prague. Unfortunately the room did not have a bath or tea and coffee making facilities in the room - but that is very minor. |

The room was very clean and quiet. All staff people were extremely nice. It is located in a beutiful place. There was no elavator and we were located on the third floor. Also, the heating didn't work. |

This charming hotel has an excellent location, just steps away from the St. Charles bridge. The room was comfortable (we were happy to have a/c during the warm summer), and the view from the window was lovely. Weekend breakfast included hot items; Monday morning's did not. |
