Small Hotel with a very personal touch. Rooms are small, but all very luxary. Friendly staff that is always willing to run the extra mile. It's not cheap, but you get more then you pay for. They have a small but decent restaurant, the location on the foot of the Carl's bridge is really great, and still it's very quiet during the nighttime. |

Good Staff & Friendly. If you come in late, it takes time for the staff to open the door, Small breakfast room and not very good food. |

Nice, big rooms with view of the castle or the Charles Bridge; excellent location and yet calm, rather romantic ambience We had to ask about cooked breakfast, it was not offered by them, but then they served huge omelettes. |

Hotel is situated near to the river, from our room we had a view on the Charles Bridge and the city. The room was very clean, the staff very helpful...a perfect location. |

Hotel U Jezulatka is a small cosy hotel (just 6 comfortable rooms) with a very friendly, attentive and helpfull staff who go out of thier way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Location of the hotel is really good being just 30 meters from Charles Bridge. We would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel does not have an elevator which may be a problem for persons with difficulty to climb steps, however there are only 3 floors and the staircase is very nice offering views of a large mechanical clock inside the hotel. |

The staff's friendliness; they are genuinely hospitable, from the welcome drink upon arrival, the tips and help on restaurants and day trips to the unexpected little treats (high tea) that they spoil you with while "at home" in your room. Super location, literally just off the Charles Bridge in the small oasis of tranquility of Kampa Island. |

This hotel is a gem - right in the centre of the city, yet very quiet with no traffic noise. We had a wonderful view across the river and Charles Bridge. The staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. |

Perfect location, being convenient for the main places of interest but at the same time very peaceful and with a pleasant view. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice and well-equipped room. |

Very good overall, staff were very friendly and helpful. Champagne upon arrival and under-floor heating in the bathroom were nice touches. Location was excellent also, 20 seconds from the Charles Bridge, meaning minutes walk from most of main locations. No shower holder in the bath and no kettle in the room were small inconveniences. |
