Small Hotel with a very personal touch. Rooms are small, but all very luxary. Friendly staff that is always willing to run the extra mile. It's not cheap, but you get more then you pay for. They have a small but decent restaurant, the location on the foot of the Carl's bridge is really great, and still it's very quiet during the nighttime. |

I liked the fact that it was very close to the Charles Bridge and from either end of the bridge there were numerous shops and other attractions. Yes, the hotel did not have air conditioning. We got there in the middle of a heat wave. The room was sweltering. We considered leaving to find another hotel, but we paid for 3 days and we would have lost the money. So, we opened the windows when we returned to the room in the afternoon and if there was a breeze it cooled the room down. |

Location right at Charles Bridge and easy access to all parts of Prague; friendly and accomodating staff ; quiet room overlooking the river ( not on a noisy square full of loud weekend parties). We highly recommend this hotel. |

The location was just perfect- the best in Prague! Charles Bridge was literally yards away but the Kampa area was a quiet oasis by the river. Our room was large with five star luxury and views of the castle. Staff were very attentive ensuring all our needs were met. The quality of this hotel made our stay in Prague just perfect. |

the location is great: very nice and quiet, but 50 m away from major tourist spots. the staff is very friendly, ready to help and to give suggestions about how to spend your time in prague. there is also a welcome cup og champagne, on the house :) room we stayed in was big, very clean, everything in perfect working order |
