Hotellet ligger SUPER centralt. lige ud til shopping i den gamle bydel og med en gåafstand på 15 minutter til stort "ikke souvenir" shopping område. 5 minutters gang fra det gamle rådhus og 5 minutter fra Karls broen

beliggenheden midt i den gamle bydel. værelset var rent. vwnlig modtagelse.

2 lamper i værelset virkede ikke. dobbeltruder i værelset, hvoraf eet af glassene manglede. dårlig lugt. mørkt og tungt hotel i stueetagen. meget slidte håndklæder. udsigt til: ingenting

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The breakfast buffet was pretty extensive with hot meals and healthy food choices. The hotel was also very cozy and the dinner menu was excellent. The nightly music/entertainment in the restaurant was very enjoyable. Our family stayed in an apartment which was *very* roomy! The hotel overall had great ambiance. The price was just right and well worth it.

It was sometimes disturbing that smoking was allowed in several areas throughout the hotel lobby and restaurant. Also, though our hotel room was very clean, there was a bit of a smell--best we could tell, the bathroom sink drain needed to be cleaned out.

We could not have better location. It was downtown in the pedestian zone only so it was very quiet but close to everything. We would definetely go there again.

The location was excellent. The hotel had a nice ambiance. Rooms were clean and cleaning service was not imposing.

The room was not serviced during our stay; there was no in-room tea/coffee facility; their airport transit drivers were poor (late for arrival flight, dangerous driving on departure)

The hotel is ok but definitely not a 4 star. Without air conditioning you have to open the window. However, when you open the window, you have to listen to all the drunk people scream all night.

The location,most of Prague is within easy walking distance.The staff they always had time to help and advise.

The noise outside, the street is very narrow and as people walk past the hotel at any hour 2-3-4 am shouting at each other the sound echoes,unfortunately the staff cannot control what happens outside. Personally we would stay at this hotel again.

Excellent location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. They were very sorry that they couldn't install extra curtains (little misunderstanding as we asked for extra cushions ;-)). Location is superb, you can visit almost all tourist attractions by foot and you get a 20% discount at their restaurant in the otherwise very expensive tourist area. Their pizza's are really nice (Italian style!) but the rest of their menu is "tourist"-quality.

Airconditioning would have been really nice as when it's warm you have to leave the windows open and streets are really noisy until the morning hours... Quality of the bread and the jam was pretty poor, but the rest was fine, also very varied.

Great location, easy to get to everything. Our triple was very spacious, lots of room. Front desk staff were helpful, pleasant. We really liked Prague and we loved our stay at Hotel U Kocku.
