Staff were very helpful, the room was spacious and the location couldn't have been better That they would not accept credit card payment in Euro, the currency I booked the room in - had to pay in Czech Kr and ended up paying 10% extra due to a bad exchange rate. |

The Location is ideal - street noise is an issue though if you're there for a quiet weekend for example. I was a solo traveller and I'm 21 years old, so it wasnt such a problem. The staff seemed un interested, I think my age didnt help, they just didnt want to take me seriously. The maid walked into my room without knocking one morning, one night after I'd been out I returned to the hotel to find it had been locked up for the night and I couldn't get in, after about 5 minutes or so of knocking a guy came in his pyjamas and said 'I thought everyone was in', however the... |

The room was lovely and big, spotlessly clean and the decorations very tasteful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the entertainment was very enjoyable. The breakfast selection was very good. The only problem I had was that the shower was over the bath and because of my disability I could not use it. A walk in shower would have been better. |

Location! Within walking distance of everything. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. We were in a group of 13 and everyone was happy except for the food in the restaurant. For location, you won't find a better place. We did not like the food in the restaurant. After the first meal, we ate elsewhere. Also the concierge was very rude and unpleasant. He was helpful, but obviously hates his job. The rest of the hotel staff were nice. The main problem is the street noise from the party goers until all hours of the night, but I don't think the hotel can do anything about that. Ask for an interior room! |

Superb hotel in a great location. Easy for sight-seeing, shopping and immersing yourself instantly in the local culture. Old Town Square, the famous Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge are all within 2-5 minutes walk of this professional and quality hotel. The staff were excellent, room was large and we loved this little home from home. As the hotel is brilliantly positioned in the very heart of Prague, obviously street noise could be an issue, but we found only on Friday and Saturday nights. Due to its’ location, our room was effected however I am sure other rooms would be available which would not be. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food (both in hotel and nearby restaurants) was better than we had been lead to believe from reading guide books and tourist reports. |

absolutely fantastic hotel in a superb location. buffet breakfast had lots of choice and was always fresh. staff were very helpful and polite. maid service every day. loads of hot water for the shower. free wireless broadband. we also arranged with the hotel for a driver to pick us up from the airport on arrival, and this was much cheaper than getting a taxi outside the airport. the only downside we found was the noise in the street outside at night time with drunken loud people passing by, but the hotel does have good double glazing, so it was only a problem if you had the window open. |

Offered us transport from airport for 25euro which was nice since we arrived late. Large family room, helpful and friendly reception, central location, excellent breakfast. creaky floors and thin walls--could hear next room and also street noise. |
