The Night Manager was very friendly and helpful, recommended good clubs/pubs for us to go to and allowed us late check out due to the time we were being collected. The 2 Bedroom apartment was lovely - the furniture was very nice. It was comfortable and warm. The Hotel is very central and excellent value for money. We want to visit Prague again next year (2010) and will definitely consider this Hotel again. The room did have a bath but no plug and the shower did not have a curtain or a facility to attach the shower head to the wall so you had to hold it which was a little inconvenient for 2 females sharing the apartment. The breakfast could have had more of an english selection and the lift to the 7th floor which we were on was a little slow but apart from that I would stay again but request a room not on the top floor :) |

The Hotel was placed in an excellent location in the centre of Prague very close to shops and main attractions.The Hotel was beautiful very spacious room clean and the staff very friendly.Breakfast nice food and variety.Unfortunately we never ate at the hotel in the evening but there was live music entertainment.We highly recommend this Hotel. |

The location. Very central, just behind the old town square. They tried to cheat us. We have been informed at the arrival on the hotel that due to a tube problem in our room they moved us in an other hotel. That other hotel was a nightmare!The room and the building itself were very nasty, dirty, old. The bed looks like a hostel bed. We ran away from this place and we went back to U-kochu pretending to have our room and after arguing with the staff and asking for the manager we finally got a room there.It seemed to be really a miracle! A minute before they didn't have any room available and then surprisengly they actually have a room! Apparently, I've been told from few friends who spend holidays in Prague or friends who come from there that it is a normal behaviour in Czech Republic. |

The location was excellent! We had tour groups walking past. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange taxi service for us from and to the airport. Our room was clean and very spacious. Overall, it was a great experience. We were totally satisfied with our stay! |

Small and friendly. Breakfast was much improved compared with previous stays. Room was spacious. We enjoyed the easy chairs to sit and relax. Any Repair was carried out promptly. Bathroom was very small - especially as there were 3 of us staying in the room. |

Courtesy of the staff, the room are nice Some rooms are in front of the Karlova Street and there is a lot of noise until late in the night |

The location was perfect for seeing the city and all within easy walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and respectful. The atmosphere was professional yet relaxed at all times. The triple room was a fabulous size and extremely clean. We had everything we needed! Althought the location was great for getting around it was terribly noisy at nightime as the general public were partying right underneath our window |

Good staff,very central with all the sights just a stones throw away. Being located on the old narrow streets theres no parking,i new this before i booked but did not expect the nearest car park to be so far away and difficult to find and charge 28 euro per day to park a motorcycle. |

front desk staff was terribly rude; there were very thin walls and a lot of noise inside my room much of the night; the wooden window frames were rotting and the room smelled like mildew; i was allowed to make my reservation with an AMEX but, upon checking out, was told i could not pay with my AMEX and the front desk man threatened to call the police since i had no cash on me, all in all it was the worst hotel experience i've had in my life, stay away from this shady hotel. |
