- The environment of the breakfast area was great.
- The breakfast overall is good. But if the bread they can make it more fresh, then that would be excellent.,
Hotel has very good location in the centre, just near all historical places like Old Town Hall Tower with Astronomical Clock. Staff was very professional and gave us good advices where to eat and change money. Rooms were clean and nice. Overall impression is that it is a perfect hotel to stay in Prague and we would like to stay there again.
Mostly, we were very happy with the hotel, but there are just a few things which might be improved. In the hotel were no elevator, however staff helped with the luggage. In one of the rooms were no nightstands.
Just round the corner from the Old Square - perfect.
Location, old European atmosphere, nice room, nice helpful staff, very nice breakfast
I liked everything about this place
Location=excellent, 4mins from Charles bridge, 2 mins old town square, lovely room, very clean, old building with character, good breakfast, english or cont.Helpful staff.
Noisy at night, couldn,t leave windows open but fan provided to cool room. Plastic mattress cover made for uncomfortable sleep but removed it!!!
Excellent location Wonderful restaurant downstairs Helpful staff
No lamp at the writing desk
Very nice hotel, friendly hotel staff, great breakfast, very old and sensitively renovated building situated in very old town, just next to Oldtown square. Early mornings (up to 7:30am) are beautiful for walking the completely empty streets of the old town...
Loud music on the street in front of the hotel up to 11 pm - music from the souvenir shops, no kingsize bed.
We had a dental problem while we were there and Adam, the receptionist recommended a service, wrote a letter and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself is clean, very roomy and in the centre of everything. We walked there from the station( 20 minutes) and the stay has been great. The buffet breakfast could not have been better and caters for all tastes. Highly recommended!
Nothing; it was all excellent!
breakfast bread was not freshly baked
The poor WIFI connection
Location , nearby to everything Rooms were clean and big Breakfast
Not a problem for me but doesnt have a lift
Great location. Huge room and very good breakfast.
Souvenir shop downstairs played doof doof music from 10 am until closing this resonated into the room. Dont get room on the entrance side.
Great location, could walk to almost everything. We would stay there again
Breakfast was so so No elevator, lot's of stair climbing
We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a lovely room with plenty of space and big bathroom. Breakfasts good. The best thing is its central location. Literally in the centre just near that Astrological clock. Fab
Although there were lifts to part of the hotel, we weren't so lucky. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs to our room, and after the amount of walking we did, wasnt easy. On the plus side, it burnt off all the calories we'd eaten.
Well looked after by staff. Spacious room. Very clean. Amazingly convenient location for sightseeing.
Requested a double bed but got 2 single beds pushed together - with a gap inbetween.
Where it was located
outside noise could be heard at night
Location is fantastic. Close to main square, Charles Bridge and shopping.
Noise from passersby in Street could be heard during night
Excellent location for astronomical clock, Charles bridge and restaurants. Pedestrianised area. Map supplied on registration. Inner courtyard room v quiet, slept well. Buffet breakfast mainly continental some hot food. Good shower fresh towels daily.
Only one reading light by bed, a bit of a tight squeeze around bed but plenty of storage. Altogether a v good experience.
It was central, pleasant and an easy place to stay. The room was large and comfortable. It was not noisy. We had little contact with the staff but they were very pleasant
Breakfast although abundant was not ideal. Starting the morning in the cellar has its limitations. The coffee was awful!
Location is perfect for tourism. Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast was quite nice.
Double bed is not guaranteed. Third floor and no elevator can be difficult at times (e.g. when carrying a suitcase). No temperature control in room (e.g. during Autumn).
Excellent location just around the corner from old town . Staff very friendly and helpful . Spacious clean rooms
Noisy at night due to being on busy street and bins emptied and road sweepers work late at night
This newly renovated hotel is right in the heart of the Old Town. The breakfast buffet is simple but fresh and tasty. The rooms are large and airy. There is a great bakers around the corner that does the best hot chocolate ever!
Large well appointed room Very well cleaned each day Good breakfast Friendly helpful staff
Bed was rather hard Walking up 70 steps to our room...no elevator!!
I like the size of our room and bathroom - the proximaty to the city center and the ability to have 1 English speaking tv channel. Room was also dead quiet during the nights - including windows open (except for maybe the 5 minutes it took a couple of late night drunks to stumble past downstairs.
NO LIFT - only on "other side" of building. Made us remember everything as we went out and anything coming back in as we didn't look forward to coming back to the hotel for any reason. This didn't help with shopping for souvenirs and not wanting to carry our bags while site seeing. Beds also were very low and hard - I've stayed in low beds before but our bed (room 31) was hard as a rock.
