I loved the location of the hotel it was very near the main attractions in Prague,3 minutes walk to Charles Bridge 3 minutes walk to the Astrological Clock trams very close, plenty of really good restaurants our stay in the hotel was on a bed and breakfast basis the breakfast was amazing, you had a choice of cooked or continental cereals, fruit several types of delicious bread and pastries all baked on the premises, although we didn't have dinner in the hotel the menu looked excellent we found one particular member of the staff to be so helpful and that was Martin who worked on the recephtion,he was always so helpful and pleasant,I would have no qualms in recommending this hotel ,and we will certainly use it again on any further visits to Prague.
The best location!
Room a bit small, no chairs.
The thing I look for first when booking a hotel in a city for a short break (4 days this time) is location. We could not have asked for a better location. Everything you would want to see as a tourist you can get to on foot. The staff is very nice -- even offered to pack us breakfast to take for our early departure flight -- and the room was comfortable. We could control the heating, which is a plus.
There is no elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs, request a first floor (up one flight) room. Otherwise, it was great. I will stay again, and will recommend it to my friends.
Noise from the street. Smell in corridor.
On site glass blowing demonstration well worth attending. Insight into this Czech artisanal craft. Superb location. Charming quarter of town. Beautiful old building. Wonderful selection of homemade pastries and choices for the breakfast buffet. Clean.
A bit of noise at night after hours as the charming little narrow paved street it is on brings the echos up of the folks on the cobblestones down below.
Room, friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast.... A big disappointment. Not aligned with quality of hotel.
Loved the position, even our taxi driver said we had the best position in Prague! The wooden stairs are amazing they must be hundreds of years old. Our room (for 3) was huge , clean and simple (Simple in a good way!) Nice wooden furniture, plain painted walls etc
no self adjusted heating: room was a little cold for our liking, but nothing we couldn't manage
Very central location, close to everything we needed. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable, although a bit small. Very good breakfast which is included.
Nice spacious rooms, friendly staff with excellent English. Great location right on the Old Town Square.
Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Lighting in the room was a bit dim. Some street noise could be heard at night.
The hotel is located in a smart touristy location which is THE ideal spot if you are looking to explore old town as the hotel is located just off of Old Town Square. As a family of three we booked a family suite and were given a very large suite up in the attic. Comfortable, spacious and spectacular views of rooftop Prague ! Highly recommended place to stay.
Nothing. All good.
Perfect location. Quality breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Only downside was there was no lift, but was informed earlier, so not complaining much.
The location was great. A minute/ 2 minute walk from the old town. Breakfast was great and the rooms were nice. Great value for money.
Walked straight past it first off and had to ask for directions. Other than that was really good value for money.
Excellent location, at walking distance from the Old town square (one minute) and Charles Bridge. The apartment n.34 (for 6 persons) was really big with a huge bathroom including a shower and a bath tub, and another bathroom with shower. Everything was clean and the apartment was very confortable, with no noise from the street. Great value for price.
Kitchen equipment could be improved. Breakfast is various, but pastries and sweets were not that good. Inside temperature in the rooms and the hotel was too high.
The staff was friendly and helped us when we had some queries about the town and the sights. The room was clean and warm. It has a big closet so we had a lot of space with our luggages. The breakfast was delicious!!!! It has a big buffet with a variety of delicious pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, bread, cereals, jams, coffee, juices etc..! The location is perfect as is near the Astronomical Clock and the old town!
1) The one side of the double bed had a big dent which was very uncomfortable to sleep... 2) The room has a view in the skylight...
Located in the center of the pedestrian zone !
The hotel will parking.Parkinga that can be used Nami of 500-700 meters and cost 25 euros for 24 hours. No access to the hotel by car !
Location about 3 minutes from Old Town Square, large room, friendly staff. Nice hot showers. Don't worry about the dodgy looking entrance it's fine inside.
Breakfast hot food, not hot and pastries chewy. There is no bar area to sit in and no chairs in the rooms so you need to sit on the bed.
Very helpful staff. Great breakfast.
Nighttime noise in lane. Narrow beds.
The friendly staff, the location, the size of the rooms, it is a really good hotel and well worth staying in.
Wouldn't say not like as such, but Breakfast needs to improve, many mornings the food was tepid at best, and cutlery and delph were not replaced quickly enough, leading to a shortage of supply.
Lovely hotel in very good location for sightseeing.
Food at breakfast could have been warmer. Coffee too weak.
Friendly staff Large comfortable room Excellent shower
Very noisy at night Poor breakfast- very little choice left after 9.30
The location was fantastic.right in the old town.room was lovely, but smaller than expected for a superior room.breakfast room was beautiful.
Bath was tiny.were unable to sit on the toilet properly as it was right in the ccorner and toilet roll holder was right in the way....this was a small gripe in an otherwise great experience....
The location is very good, the same goes for the breakfast.
Standard on single room was a little too easy, for example. there was not any form of table or chair to sit in. It was not at all wifi available, although the staff claimed that it was full and good coverage. They showed absolutely no interest in investigating or correct the problem
Central location-easy to walk everywhere Brilliant customer service. Reception staff were especially helpful Well priced for an affordable short break Being able to organise transport to and from airport for a very reasonable additional fixed charge
Hot breakfast got cold quickly-using warm plates might help? The Saturday night noise outside but this may have been because of the central location. This would not prevent me from booking again
