Hotel U Kocku  

プラハの観光の中心部にあり、非常に効率よく観光ができる事。併設のレストランが充実してる事の2点につき- ます。内装も歴史を感じさせてくれ古都に滞在する臨場感に溢れます。

天気予報を確認するためにテレビを使おうとしましたが、チューナーとテレビが別体でリモコンも二つ。どう操- 作してもテレビを見る事ができませんでした。英語でも構わないので説明書を部屋に提供して欲しかった。 まあ、些細な事ですが、これしかマイナスが見つからない。良いお宿と言えますね。

4 Stars??? max. 2*, even quit cheap still 3rd floor without a lift, very small and dirty room, window looking to the wall and after opening only smell of kitchen...

We found the staff very friendly and plenty of choice at breakfast time. The room was cleaned well every day and the location is central to wenceles sq and astronomical clock.

The safe in our room was just loose so you could just pick it up. Only had 2 coat hangers.

Location is excellent - within walking distance from everything

Shower was in the bath and there was no fitting on the wall to suspend the shower head and therefore had to hold the shower in hand while showering. Two single duvets on a double bed - strange/pillows uncomfortable. However, wouldn't deter me from rebooking this hotel

Rooms are simple and old, a bit noisy at night, no wifi (only cable). It is more as 3 star hotel rather than 4.

The ambience, staff, and location were all fantastic.

I want to say about really nice food at hotel! I mean not just breakfast, I'm talking about restaurant. You can see many people who just come for a dinner here to try traditional czech food! And it's really easy to get all main sight-seeings! Personal is friendly. So have a great time at hotel u Kocku :)

There are some kind of digital set-top boxes in the rooms. So I'd like to recommend to make some kind of instruction how to use it. Because sometimes it's really not easy to understand. And would be great to get wi fi instead of cable Internet;) But in general everything is really ok!

The location was ideal, the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay.

This hotel is in the best place of Prague, with easy access to the most of interests points in the city. The service is very good and the employees are very helpful and attentive. All that you need you can ask and them will do as soon as possible to help you. Thanks a lot, Hotel u Kocku.

During the summer, the breakfast could get it sooner or there could be a smaller breakfast room for those who like to leave early to enjoy the day.

Location was excellent, close to all of the major sites in the city, Everything was in walking distance. Employee's were very helpful and they were available 24 hours.

The location in the old city was excellent. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Charles Bridge and the Clock Tower. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful when we needed a hand making reservations, and always polite otherwise. We asked about connectivity and were given a cord to connect the computer in our room. There was a wide selection at the breakfast buffet and of decent quality. We asked for a quiet room and got one on the 6th floor that was quiet, even though on the side of the hotel where there were terrace restaurants. We were not there on the weekend so cannot speak to the noise level then.

The room was a bit stuffy; there are no screens on the windows, and as the mosquitoes came out at night we only opened them in the morning. Still, there was a fan that made the nights bearable. We were there in June. The bathroom was fine except for an automatic perfume dispenser that we couldn't turn off. The dining room could have been a little cleaner.
