There was no hanger for the shower head so you had to hold it the whole time.

Excellent location in a beautiful area of Prague. A great breakfast. Wonderful restaurants and bars!

Close to center. I was clean enough.

I booked double room and got confirmation for that instaed of that I got twin room. Then they just ignore request to change. Wifi almost never works.

Stayed with friends hotel facilities very good. Rooms were nicely furnished clean and very quiet. Breakfast was very good with both hot and cold selections regularly topped up. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant must be one of the busiest in the area. Advisable to book a table. The portions are large and not expensive.(|Piggies Knees not for the faint hearted) The beer is excellent brewed on site.We booked our airport transfer with the hotel. No more expensive than other firms, prompt and efficient service. Would certainly stay here again

Historical room not different from standard double apart from painted ceiling. Not clear when paying the bill that euros are only acceptable in cash not on card. Could be put on informative leaflet we were given on arrival. Both minor points

A top location and close (easy walking distance) to most tourist sites within Prague. The staff were exceptional and spoke excellent English. The breakfast, included in the tarrif, had a variety of hot dishes and also several cereals. Meals within "medvidku" were good and reasonably priced. No Hesitation in recommending this to others

This 1466 built building is UNESCO protected and therefore no lifts are allowed. The climb to the third floor with a heavy suitcase was a bit of a chore (should have accepted the offer for someone to carry it for me). Bed was a bit lumpy, but have slept in worse

excelent location (you can go everywhere in the old city by walk. 5 min from main square, and Karls bridge) stuff was ok the hotle is an old historical bulding and as so, there is no elevator but the stuff are helping with the bags. the hotel is part of a brewery and there is a very nice restaurant of the brewery breakfast is ok and with good veriety

Everything but smoking is allowed everywhere in the hotel.

Smoking is allowed everywhere in the hotel so you can't get a smell-free experience even within your room. I got people smoking even when having breakfast c'mon...

Perfect Hotel for a citytrip. Located in the citycenter with a nice local resteaurant and brewery.

We liked the old building and the individuality of the hotel, very unlike staying in a chain hotel. The bathroom was new with an excellent shower and the rooms were basically furnished but totally adequate and were well heated. We could leave luggage in a secure room after check out. Able to easily reserve table in a very popular restaurant serving very reasonably priced local food and beer.

The beds were pretty hard but didn't prevent anyone from sleeping!

Building is historical and does not spoil your "prague mood". Location is great. Cleanliness and helpful staff are other positive points.

It is extremely easy to just go down to the excellent U medvidku brewery. There is also easy access to great cafés like café louvre and the very city centre.

There was no elvator, but that was for me a minor problem.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money, excellent location. The only let down was the meals, however the breakfast was very good and fulfilling.

The hotel has a good location, 200m from Mustek subway station. On public transport you can get in 30 min from the airport (first take the bus #119 from the airport, go to the last station, then go to Subway green line and in 4 stations you reach Mustek). The hotel is next door to the brewery. It is comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very good. The way to Karlov most and Staromestsky namesti is about 10 min by foot. Recommend! The brewery is very good, the prices for the food are quiet high. Velk Kozel dark beer is great!

No lobby place at the entrance. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi but we didn't manage to get Internet connection during 3 days of our stay (not in the room and in the restaurant in brewery).

Room small, up three flights of stairs with no elevator.

Hotel simple but clean, easy position. Good price , is possible stay also one day and pay only extra cost and not full price. Giaidda@tin.it

Staff from restaurant was the worst staff I ever met. Arrogant behaviour, I was shocked and we decided to leave the restaurant and have a meal somewhere else - just because of staff attitude!

Great location and fascinating building.

Would have been great to have some tea/coffee facilities and a fridge.
