Parkmöglichkeit, Nähe zu wichtigen Prager Sehenswürdigkeiten, letztlich braucht man nur zur Anreise ein Auto.Das Frühstücksbüffett.

Glühlampe in Nachttischlampe defekt.Das nächste Mal buche ich die letzte Etage oder hradschinseitig. Heuer haben wir nur eine Hauswand gesehen .Aber nur morgens und abends.Das gilt nicht als Beschwerde.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt bei der Karlsbrücke und ist ideal für Kurzurlauber so 2 bis 3 Tage. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Kein Parkplatz - weit entfernt und teuer. Das Fernsehprogramm war ohne verständlichem Ton (nur rauschen) und nur mit tschechischer Sprache.

It was ideally situated for the purpose of general shopping & sightseeing.

Yes the 1st room we were given was very dark so we changed to another room which was on the 3rd floor 45 steps no lift, it was comfortable,and very nice.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. A shuttle was arranged by them to pick us up when we arrived. When we got to the hotel at 8:30am, the receptionist had the maids clean our room immediately so we could check in and get some sleep (remember, normally check in time is about 2pm). The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Their breakfast is a great way to start your day, and the location couldn't be better, quiet but a stone's throw from the Charles Bridge. The decor is beautiful - stained glass windows, frescoes, antiques, wood panelling, etc. The rooms have double glazing and heavy curtains which means no noise. There's a safe in the room. This was our second stay there and we''ll definately stay there again.

Good location, great view from the windows, nice architecture and general decoration in the hallways and restaurant, good breakfast.

The room images posted on the site for a double room are extremely appealing, however you are not going to get any of those, but a much simpler and dissapointing room, with 1 single window, about 60x60cm hidden in one corner and a creepy angel staring to you from the slanted ceiling. The bathroom exhibits a constant and heavy stench of sewer. The in-room safe could maybe accomodate your wallet and cellphone, while for opening it with the key you need to take the keycard from its slot and therefore fiddle with the safe in total darkness. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing and for sure they can also hear you. Also, don't bet that you really do have a reservation, since they only check the booking.com server once you're there.

We liked everything!! The location is perfect with a castle view out of some of the rooms. Both the room and the bath were quite large and elegant. Breakfast provided a marvelous selection of breakfast items in an intimate atmosphere. Front desk personnel, particularly the night manager, went beyond expectations. We would stay there again in a minute!

The hotel is very nice with a lot of character. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Our double room had a large bed. Breakfast is good, but go early if you want eggs and sausage because they don't replenish them when they run out.

We had one of the parking spaces in front of the hotel. Our car was broken into overnight despite being directly in front of the door. Several items were stolen. Recommend using a nearby garage rather than hotel parking.
