Good location, great view from the windows, nice architecture and general decoration in the hallways and restaurant, good breakfast. The room images posted on the site for a double room are extremely appealing, however you are not going to get any of those, but a much simpler and dissapointing room, with 1 single window, about 60x60cm hidden in one corner and a creepy angel staring to you from the slanted ceiling. The bathroom exhibits a constant and heavy stench of sewer. The in-room safe could maybe accomodate your wallet and cellphone, while for opening it with the key you need to take the keycard from its slot and therefore fiddle with the safe in total darkness. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing and for sure they can also hear you. Also, don't bet that you really do have a reservation, since they only check the booking.com server once you're there. |

We liked everything!! The location is perfect with a castle view out of some of the rooms. Both the room and the bath were quite large and elegant. Breakfast provided a marvelous selection of breakfast items in an intimate atmosphere. Front desk personnel, particularly the night manager, went beyond expectations. We would stay there again in a minute! |

The greatest location you can find - just couple minutes from the Charles Bridge and also the district istelf is very cosy and nice, very close to the Kampa island. Thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality! |

Nice and beautiful hotel in old intresting houses. Beautiful breakfastrooms. The hotel is situated in a quiet and nice part of the town, with small houses and at a nice small park. Nevertheless quite close to Charles Bridge. 1.Expensive and unlogical access to wireless internet. You could just bye 1 hour access to use once for 15 euro. Few persons need to use internet once for one whole hour when you are on vacation. You could not part it into three 20 minutes periodes during three days for example, or pay for just 20 minutes. 2.Cigarettsmoke was coming into the room from the hall. |

the location is really interesting, the breakfast is not bad also. the personnel was pleasant the room was not clean, the tv doesn't work well, the shower door was broken, the room was very small, the material not replaced between one day and a another one, so the price to expensive for what it is. |

The hotel is very nice with a lot of character. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Our double room had a large bed. Breakfast is good, but go early if you want eggs and sausage because they don't replenish them when they run out. We had one of the parking spaces in front of the hotel. Our car was broken into overnight despite being directly in front of the door. Several items were stolen. Recommend using a nearby garage rather than hotel parking. |

Great location, very friendly employees, great interior, nice bathroom Climatisation didn't work, window faced directly a wall with a very loud ventilation, not a single TV program worked, parking was expensive and 800 meters away from hotel |

The view and location location and again location- one minute to the Carols Bridge and romantic part of Prague- Kampa. I really liked the way how they served tea- in a own teapot- really good idea and choice of teas. The carpet might have been cleaned more often, plus it might be a problem for a people with disabilities as there is no lift. |

Es gab von unserem Zimmer einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Burg. Der Frühstücksservice war sehr aufmerksam. Die Möbelierung des Zimmers war ungeschickt. Um in das zweite Bett zu kommen, gab es nur einen ca. 25 cm breiten Abstand zwischen Bett und Kommode. (Mit scharfer Kante.) Leider kein Tageslicht im Frühstücksraum. |

酒店在一个小广场边上，离查理大桥步行5分钟，从酒店去tram车站去城堡也非常方便。酒店边上有好的饭馆- 吃猪排。如果住在三层最左边的房间的话，打开窗户就可以直接看到教堂全景。酒店古典的装修风格很吸引人。房- 间内用壁炉取暖，窗户上有彩色玻璃。窗帘也属于欧式风格。地板是红色砖地，很古老的风格，床边有大块地毯。- 餐厅的装潢很好。 早餐太过简单，咖啡和牛奶好像兑了水，非常淡。 |
