Breakfast, wifi, staff, comfortable bed. Great decor.....
Upava is centrally located for a great overview of the castle, Old Town and Jewish Quarter as well as cafes, restaurants and neighborhood style bars. The room had sained glass windows so no view but not necessary. We had great proximity to all of the wonderfully historical sights of Prague. Room with queen size bed was larger than expected The staff was accommodating, efficient and attentive.
The towels are in need of replacement as they were worn out.
The elegance and comfort of the room; the service and friendly staff; the location in the Mala Strana.
Absolutely nothing. We first stayed here in 1997; returned again in 2015. The hotel was small and charming in 1997, the new expansion and decor has been achieved with class and made the facility even better.
We were 2 streets away from everything and good restaurants very close. Staff very helpful
Location is great and transfer service to airport was good too.
As a business traveller, after a long day at work, you need a nice dinner at your hotel and U Pava there is nothing available! Rooms were too hot to sleep!
Nothing bad to say at all. They were very accommodating and made out stay in Prague wonderful. The location is perfect for checking out all the major sites of Prague. Definitely recommend.
Perfect location, next to Charles Bridge. Spacious and clean rooms, comfy beds and fast reliable free Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. No complaints at all.

There isn't anything !
The view from my room was fabulous!
The location is excelent, right at Karl's Bridge. Fireplace in room!!! (gas)
Fireplace in room... the system is attractive, but a bit noisy.
On arrival we had to ask for help up 2 flights of stairs because I had a broken arm. We told them that our room was really shabby- broken tiles, peeling paint, scuff marks on wall etc. They did nothing.
Very clean good breakfast easy to get too from the airport .Would come here again lovely hotel.
I'm very pleased with everything. The hotel is excellent for this value of money
The hotel is located in a pleasant square a very short walk from Charles Bridge. We enjoyed breakfasts - there was a good choice of breads, cold meats, cheeses, and pastries.
The room we were offered was nothing like the rooms shown on the website. The hotel has since refunded £61 but I feel I should share my experience so that other guests can actually enjoy their stay at U Pava. We booked a standard double room. The booking was made in August for the end of December. On arrival we were given the keys and directed to the lift. This surprised me as I remembered that our booking form warned there would no lift access to our room. On the approach there was a smell of sewer which become suffocating as we entered the room. This was not the only unpleasant surprise. The room was significantly smaller than the room we had booked or any of the rooms in the photo gallery. The bathroom was tiny - it was too small for a bath and had a shower cabin instead. There was just one small window. We returned to the reception and complained about the smell and the size of the room. The receptionist replied that the hotel was fully booked and there was only one room left in the standard class. She explained that in her opinion the room we were offered was more attractive as the only standard room with the view of the castle. The new room had similar dimensions to the room we had just left but it was smell free so we decided to take it. The bathroom was much bigger and had a bath. The window did not overlook the castle. It faced a wall of another building and the distance from our window to the wall was about 2 metres. It soon turned out that the fridge was not working. We reported it at the reception but no one came to see to it during our stay. Luckily, it was very cold outside so we used the gap between the two window panes to keep drinks cold. We found dust in various places and the tiles in the bath area were stained. We tried to use the jets in the jacuzzi bath but were immediately exposed to the now familiar smell of sewer. The same smell lingered above the drain in front of the hotel.
great location, beautiful and designed rooms, nice and very helpful stuff, cheap transfer from and to the airport (oredered by e-mail). We celebrated a New Year in this lovely hotel and on 31 december founded a very nice gifts from hotel: chocolate and shampagne. It was very nice
bfeakfasts are very modest menu for breakfast, it was very cold during nights, but in the morning heating started work normaly. So we had to switches the airconditional in a haeting mode every evening. Wifi worked very slowely
