Score from 1568 reviews Wonderful
The location right in old town square was wonderful. My room had a view of the clock and the square. The apartment was huge and the price was great.
Stairs up to reception to drop off the key.
Very nice hotel, located in the middle of town, parking is a little problem. The staff parked our car somewhere. A little to noisy at night but is in the center of old town so I guess is normal. wonderful breakfast!
We did not know where our car was park but it comes with the location. There was no elevator in our building.
Great location, the evening meal and entertainment in the hotel was good. The concierge staff were particularly helpful.
Only one member of staff to serve at breakfast, no coffee offered on two of the three days.
Room interior Hotel vacility
The location, the building, the ambience, the staff, and the food were all of high quality. The bedroom overlooking the Astronomical Clock a Old Town Square was superb and the Terrace Restaurant was a wonderful place for "dinner with a view".
The range of food for breakfast could have been broader.
Fantastic location-right in the middle of Old Town Square overlooking the Astronomical clock. Our two bedroom apartment was very spacious and beautifully furnished. It came with fully equipped kitchen though we ate out every night. Plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. Staff pleasant and very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
Wow what a view Wow the size was hugh Service was top notch Roof terace was amazing
No curtains to block out the light
Helpful and welcoming staff. Can't beat the location if you want to be near the old square Room 33 good views and comfortable Breakfast was excellent
Some noise late at night from Old Square but not a real issue and given location should be expected.
My wife booked a beautiful room with the balcony overlooking the square as a birthday treat. The room was amazing with tall ceilings made of solid wood, beautiful chandeliers, ornate furniture and French doors and windows that open onto great views of the main square opposite the clock. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast on the balcony and the food and service was excellent. The terrace restaurant at the top of the hotel was fantastic with views over Prague. It was a charming and romantic hotel with a sense of history and I felt like a King for a Day inside my castle.
We loved everything and the staff were kind enough to park our car 1 kilometre away and have it ready and waiting outside the hotel on departure with all the luggage packed.
Prince is one of a kind hotel. The living room made me feel like I had gone back 1000 years. The bed was very comfy. Excellent location
A couple of the front desk staff were grumpy and made me feel like I was bothering them with questions. Wi fi did not work in the room. We had to sit on the couch outside the room. Atleast there was a couch! Hotel restaurant was just ok. Expensive but worth seeing the rooms. Ours did not have an exterior window.
You are right in the middle of the best location in Prague. Step outside the front door and you have about 10 outdoor cafes to choose from surrounded by the most beautiful Old Town Medieval buildings. Ask for a room with a view of the clock and you will see the gorgeous town square too.
The free breakfast buffet wasn't as good as we've had at equivalent European hotels, but if you can do without the overcooked eggs , the rest was decent.
central location and good breakfast
Room beside lift so constant noise.
We had an amazing 2 bedroom apartment furnished like a castle overlooking the clock in the main square. Price was great and included huge breakfast buffet. Favorite place I ever stayed!
There were 82 steps up to the apartment, but they took our bags up and down for us. It was well worth the climb!
Location location location
Ac was a small. Can get hot at night.
Fantastic location in the Old Town square with a view of the astronomical clock. Apartment itself was spacious and beautifully furnished. Everything within walking distance. Staff were pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
Unbeatable location, super friendly and helpful staff, bar and restaurant
Large well equipped apartment, huge comfortable beds, great views of the old town square & astronomical clock. Stunning roof top terrace restaurant with amazing choice of food.
The three flights of stairs up to the 2 bedroom apartment but kept us fit & worked off the delicious food we ate! :)
Excellent location with a view over the square and clock tower from our room. A bit noisy at night, but worth it! Staff very friendly. Terrace restaurant and Black Angels cocktail bar definitely worth a visit. Breakfast also very good with large variety of hot and cold options.
Nothing at all
Friendly staff (specially Patrik) and excellent location. The restaurant is also nice.
Decoration of the hotel and the room should be cleaner.
We come every year and we love all about u price. Fantastic in every way. Lenka a Kaspar
Do yourself a favour and stay in the Junior Suite. We had windows overlooking the main square and we found ourselves relaxing in our room whilst taking in the atmosphere of everything happening outside (only because it was so close). The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant and cellar bar were also fantastic.
Only minor things: you have to hand in your room key everytine you leave (fortunately reception was on our way in/out anyway). We had one rude waitress in the restaurant who soured our dinner mood slightly. I am sure this was just a one off though.
The U Prince is in the perfect location right in the center of the beautiful sights of Prague. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast included with the room was fantastic, making the hotel a wonderful value. The decor of the hotel is uniquely lovely and historic. The rooftop restaurant has perhaps one of the most gorgeous views in the world.. I would recommend the U Prince Hotel and a visit to magical Prague to anyone!
The only thing I can think of is that the air conditioning unit in the room is a bit loud. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay to enjoy Prague.
Good location, nearest to the most attractive places in Prague.
The location is fantastic, perfectly in the center for visiting all of the main attractions in Prague. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the roof top terrace was lovely for a late night drink and views over the lovely town square. Would recommend to anyone looking for a central hotel. We thought it was fantastic for the price.
staff friendly although busy/may b lack of manpower the hotel has more than 2restaurant and bar in a small building nice and traditional decoration with limited spaces
the room is a bit small but may b fair in Prague city
