Location excellent if you do not mind the crowds. Busiest area in Prague. Walking distance to all sites. Reception staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast very good.

Entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant area and then you have to go up 20 steps to reach reception. Safe in the room was placed at the very bottom shelf in the closet. That means that everytime you open it or close it, you have to kneel down in order to dial the combination. Awkward. A liittle more brightness in the room and hallways would be nice.

The room bathroom only had a bath and a hand held shower head. So we could not shower properly, and for the price we paid for three nights 649 euros this hotel to me should not have the stars that it has, I dont expect to go to breakfast in a room where the night before people were smoking. This is a hotel I wont be back to.

Never again. I had a room on the 3rd foor to the western direction. The disco was obviously very close. Eearplugs did not work. The bass boomed so loudly that the bed was vibrating. By 4 o' clock in the morning it stopped. For sleeping just three hrs I had put 160 euros on the table.

Location for sight seeing, value for money.

The u Prince is in the best location in Prague, in the main square, and directly across from the famous astronomical clock, which can be seen from the dining room and roof top terrace. The room we stayed in was clean and confortable, with a very large bathroom, but no shower.

The only negative was that room looked over an inner court yard, and was directly below the roof terrace, it was very warm during the night, so we had to open the windows, and this meant it was quite noisy early in the morning.

The location was excellent, the room was nice and clean, the interior of the hotel was beautiful, the breakfast provided was varied and delicious. We traveled by car with 3 young children under the age of 4, and the staff was very understanding and accomodating. They even parked our car for us and returned it on the morning of our leave. The price was very reasonable too. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a better experience. When we go back, we'll definitely be staying at the U Prince again if we can.

Was beautiful and the furnishings amazing. Roof top restaurant great.

Didn't like the fact that we asked the hotel to call us a taxi and when we got downstairs we discovered they charged us 800 for a fare that should have been 200. Our bags were already in the car and we couldn't be late and miss our flight so we had to cop the charge :( also rooftop bar- had a lovely meal and some drinks - we requested the bill and waiter delivered it with 2 more wines which we thought were complimentary however upon final payment to the hotel discovered we had been charged.

Location could not be better. Breakfasts were delicious.

WiFi should be secure. Could not adjust heat in room--very warm at night.

This is a gem of a hotel located in the very heart of the Old Town of Prague. Admittedly we had the best room in the hotel but it was great value relative to half as good rooms in most other cities. The hotel is very well located for all of Prague's many attractions. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dining in the rooftop Terrace Cafe was very pleasant even at New Year as it is well sheltered and heated.

Our only regret was having to leave after seven very pleasant days at Hotel U Prince

Everything about our stay with u Prince Hotel was wonderful. We would definately book with them again. Breakfast was tasty and they gave us lots to choose from. Our suite was was so comfortable and inviting after a long day of walking and seeing the sights. Thank You u Prince!!!

Beautiful setting and ideal location.

We stayed in room 41, which had a huge king size bed, a bath, and the bathroom was huge! The buffet breakfast was really good, with a great selection of food to choose from. The location is great, and going up to the terrace to watch the lit up square at night is fantastic. The hotel feels very fancy, and I loved all the furniture and decorations inside.

Our bathroom door did not close, and because of the largeness of the bathroom, any noises made echoed out into the bedroom! The restaurant was lovely, but there was unexpected service fees added on to the bill- perhaps there was mention of this charge on the menu, but neither of us saw it (it was not a huge fee, just unexpected!)

The rom was to warm. The aircondotion did not work properly
