The room was clean and it has a good location The staff is terrible. Hardly speak english. Doesn't help you with anything. Lets you carry your own bags thru the stairs. Yes, there's no elevetor. The breakfast is horrible and they don't give a damn. There's no one at the reception, ever. I am really pissed. One night the shower turned cold at the middle of my bath. Had to finish it in other room !!!!! One of the worst hotels i've satayed ever. |

It is very well located, with easy access to public transportation and main touristic places. The service was really bad. The staff is not well trained to help the guests. The breakfast was the worst we had in our stay in Europe. |

We had a spotless large room with three big windows. The hotel was very good value for money and an easy walk to everywhere on either side of the river. When the windows were open the trams were quite noisy but we were so tired we slept anyway. You could ask for a room facing the church - no trams! |

We had a great time staying at U Schnellu, location is fantastic, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were better than I had expected, a nice size and clean. Breakfast was fine and we had a lovely dinner in the pub downstairs. I would recommend this hotel when you want a cheap, quick weekend break with easy access to the whole of Prague. The carpets could do with a change. |

Position of hotel - excellent location. Large rooms. Good breakfast each day. Pleasant staff. Clean and modern bathrooms. Dull lighting in rooms made reading difficult. Our room was on third floor which meant lots of stairs ( tiring for the older guests in our party). I would recommend that parties request lower floor if they think this may be a problem. |

La proximité du centre historique. La qualité de la cuisine dans le restaurant. L'excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est assez froid, comme la plupart du personnel Horeca en République Tchèque. |
