The people were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. In addition arriving at night to this amazing location was superb - a great start to the break was had by wandering around the castle grounds. And the food...! Yummy I did not like the fact that my room / the corridors smelt of smoke and everyday the cleaning staff smoked cigarettes whilst cleaning making it worse! |

Breakfast was good like other reviewers have said. The room was very bare bones but clean. There are restaurants around that are open late. Being in a residential area, this might not have been the case. But please consider the price range when reading the reviews here. Private car service (perhaps it's a taxi I don't know) to the airport is 650czk and each and every person at the reception tried to push this. For good reason too because that price is way too high. However, they are of course welcome to offer their service. They were helpful with alternative ways of transportation once I declined the offer. |

Friendly staff, good breakfast and great location near the city centre and the Vysehrad castle. Poor sound isolation and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. |

Friendly staff and great breakfast. Internet availibility. Close proximity to Vysehrad. Good tram services to the old town. We faced the street and had noise, and some smoke, from the pub below. There was also some noise from the elevated train a block away. |

Very pleasant hotel, with very nice staff, in a beautiful part of town. When we asked for an extra bed late at night, we were helped in a friendly and professional manner. Also, the restaurant is good and affordable, and the buffet breakfast is good as well. |

The location to the main areas in Prague, the fact it had a restaurant, and the big spacious rooms. The fact that the waiters took away breakfast 20min before breakfast was supposed to be over. |

The place itself is quite charming, with the beautiful little patio and the dining area in particular creating a cozy atmosphere. Maybe even more importantly, the staff at the hotel is helpful and friendly, and I could feel that they were not indifferent, but tried to take care to make you feel welcome. Location-wise, the hotel is in a part of Prague which has less connections by metro, but it is quite convenient and close to the center ( a nearby tram brings you to the closest tube in just about 5 mins.), and the benefit is that it is a very peaceful and beautiful green area, on a hill that leads to the ruins of the old Vysehrad castle. Not really! Bearing in mind the price paid, I think it is good value for money. If I were to mention something, that would maybe be that -in comparison with the common facilities of the hotel in general- the guest rooms, however, are quite functional. If they were to be refurbished more in the spirit of the hotel, it would add a lot of value to it, I think. |

A nice hotel with good service and a good breakfast. Good valuefor money and a pleasant atmosphere. Two problems about the room: (1) on entering the room in the dark I tripped and nearly fell on the big step just inside the door (2) there were no blinds on the skylight windows |

It is right next to the old castle. There is a restaruant downstairs with good food and bar and you get 20% off because you are a guest. The breakfast is great too. The staff was great and the location wasn't a problem either, being about a four minute walk to the tram stop. The free wireless was great too. Great value for the money. Nothing in particular, just do not let them talk you into staying across the street at their apartments....not the same. |

We liked the quiet location with easy access to the centre of Prague. Our room was spacious and comfortable. When we came late for breakfast sometimes, about 0930, some items had already been finished. |
