The hotel was the perfect location for our needs, just behind the Astronomical Clock & Old Town Square. I requested a room with a beamed ceiling having seen some good images on Booking.com & was pleased to find that they met my request. The room itself was very spacious, with several chairs & a separate section for a hallway & bathroom which was closed off from the main bedroom by french doors. The staff were very friendly & accommodating, I felt very at ease when checking in/out & booking tours etc.
I found the breakfast lacking in variety & the room was very small so there were a few instances where people struggled to find a seat. However there are plenty of places to eat & drink around the hotel so it was no real issue!
Location Décor Quiet Safe
Super central, beautiful apartment, well-meant upgrade (to the attic), very attentive stuff (painpills for hurting knee) and very cosy bed.
Although we liked the gesture of the upgrade - the attic was kind of a bad idea as we were travelling with a person with knee-problems (for some reasons I didn´t select the attic one...). There were no other options. No help with the luggage.
the staff were very friendly & location central.
There was no lift & room was on the top floor.
Simply perfect place to stay in old time square
The location is second to none, and the hotel was very good value for money.
There was nothing to dislike
excellent location, helpful staff , good facilities.
Bed was a very firm although this was not a problem we did not loose any sleep through it.
Location, room size, very quiet
Breakfast options limited; the room especially the rafters, were very dusty, not good for my asthmatic child; lots of steep stairs separating the bathroom for the main sleeping room, so would be dangerous for very young children
Hotel was awesome, cozy, clean, and welcoming. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Location was amazing!! Right in the heart of the action but was still quiet. Restaurants all around and the astronomical clock was literally around the corner! Breakfast was good.
The only thing wrong with this place was the bed. It was awful, so hard it felt like we were sleeping on the floor! We were very sad to change hotels while in Prague because I loved it here! But after two nights, we couldn't spend another night there.
EVERITHING WAS PERFECT, ABOVE AL THE VERY CENTRAL POSITION! <3
It's located just a few steps away from old town square
The bed was really hard and the breakfeast they offer its limited to fruit , coffe , and bread
I liked the warm friendly atmosphere. The location is fantastic just of the Old Town Square
Nothing much. It is a reasonably priced hotel and services offered reflect that.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, close to all main points of interest, Other than that, forget it!
The main issue is : This hotel does not have an elevator !!! And my room was on the 2nd floor, and I had to climb up the stairs without any help and my heavy suitcase. Fortunately, I still can manage to climb up a flight of stairs, but what would happen to elder people??? Naturally, I complained at the so-called Front Desk and the lady was extremely rude, and paid almost no attention to me, since she said that ¨this is a historical building¨. So what ? The rooms are not apt for handicapped with plenty of steps inside the rooms themselves, not functional at all. As for breakfast... Very, very poor, and not to mention the attitude of the staff. I´ll put it in 2 words only: totally unfriendly. I will never ever stay at this hotel again, I hope this comment will help other eventual guests and will not take them off-guard.
The location was excellent. The astronomical clock and plaza are behind the hotel.
They had no lift/elevator. We traveled from the US with big luggages. Room was on the ?? 2nd floor?? in actuality, it was on the 4th floor. The other couple friend was given a ?? 1st floor! actuality it was on the 2nd floor and stairs are too narrow and lighting was poor. Receiving area is too small and breakfast area is not worth the amount we paid for the room. Klara, the receptionist was not too friendly especially when we asked about help to bring two 50 lbs luggages + handcarry to our room. Room carpet not so clean and bathroom so small.
Location is perfect! Right in old town square and an absinthe bar just down stairs.
Lack of lift, upgraded to suite, but 78 steps and no one to carry your luggage was a bit much on arrival
Good location with very friendly staff and good quality breakfast. Can't wait to stay again.
Quite a trek up the stairs if you're on the top floor as there is no lift, this was not a problem for us but could be if you were less mobile.
Located in the city center. You can go anywhere by foot.
Breakfast was very poor. Also it is expensive for what you get and although we have asked for double bed we had 2 single beds.

One staff sold us a cruise, didn't provide all details, we were stranded on the pier with no way to get our elderly mom with mobility issues back. Everyone blamed everyone - very bad service!
Great central location and very reasonable priced. Breakfast was good. like having 24 hour reception who were very helpful in sending us to excellent restaurant on the night of our arrival.
Rooms were very warm though this might have been for the warm weather that they had that week. Had to keep window open.
Beautiful room, old wood painted ceiling; central location; friendly staff.
have a map so you can find your way back
