Location is great, free parking, friendly staff, price was right, very quiet Town is completely dead since this is off-season. Breakfast was ok, they ran out of bacon and didn't have more. But for the price, couldn't expect more.

Krásné ubytování, luxusní koupelna, wi-fi připojení na pokoji, televize, bohatá snídaně, parkování za hotelem ve dvoře, příjemný personál, výborná káva v tamní kavárně :) centrum Vrchlabí, poblíž zámku... Chyběla lyžárna, a kavárna mohla být otevřená déle než jen do 18.00...

Top-Hotel. Unten im Haus ist ein Cafe, wo auch das Frühstück ist. Frühstück ist ok, ist alles frisch und genug Auswahl. Über dem Cafe sind dann die Hotelzimmer. Alles ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Unser Doppelzimmer war riesig, mit Sofa-Sitzekce sogar. Das Bad war groß und modern, die Duschen haben einen guten Wasserdruck. Wir hatten auch noch die Suite gebucht. Diese hat ein extra Wohnzimmer, super. alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Pesonal war auch sehr nett und sprach gut deutsch.Zum Abendessen sind wir ins Partnerhotel Gendorf gegangen. Sehr gute Küche, für deutsche Verhältnisse günstig. Zu 4. essen+trinken mit allem drum und dran für ca. 50 €. Im Hotel Gendorf ist auch die Sauna, die man nutzen kann, kostet ca. 5 € für 2 Stunden. 1 Sauna, Whirlpool, Infrarotkabine - nicht gerade viel, aber schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und top sauber.

-přátelská a vlídná atmosféra -profesionální služby -vkusně zařízené, stylové a čisté bydlení - koupelna a toaleta luxusní - historický dům- citlivá rekonstrukce, romantické bydlení- jeden z hlavních důvodů výběru - bezproblémové parkování - jídlo - snídaně- s nápadem /palačinky, croissanty/, ne obvyklý snídanový standart - bezproblémové spojení autem do Svatého Petra- 10 minut, možnost poznat i jiné pěkné podkrkonošské město než Špindlerův mlýn - výhled do zdi - malé kapacity wellnes centra, které mimo hotel a spíše podprůměrné - malá sauna, teplota jen 60 st.!!, pochybná čistota studeného bazénku, harampádí pod kyblíkem s ledovou vodou, který první den nefunkční, whirlpool obyčejný- slabé trisky, malá relax. zona, zima - hotel a wellnes jen pro fyzicky zdatné- není výtah, vyšší schody - bez auta je asi problém s dopravou

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.Einkaufen und Essen gehen erreicht man mit ein paar Schritten.Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber.Fruhstück war ausreichend aber es waren auch wenig Gäste vor Ort. Das die Rezeption nicht so besetzt war wie uns gesagt wurde(7.00- 10.00 Uhr). Mussten 30 Minuten warten (9.00-9.30 Uhr) bis wir Auschecken konnten.

Zimmer war für 3 Personen geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Frühstück einfach, aber ausreichend. Sauberkeit zufriedenstellend, Zimmerservice gut. Hotel liegt zentral in der Stadt, Parkplätze hinterm Hotel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank und Sehenswürdigkeiten nah gelegen. Matratzen waren sehr hart, Personal freundlich, aber keine so guten Englischkenntnisse, Hotel liegt an der Straße, daher nicht ganz ruhig, zumindest in den Morgenstunden.

Im Hotelflur roch es immer unangenehm nach Essen. Unter unserem Bett waren riesige Staubflocken, auch hinter dem TV- tisch ,dort waren zusätzlich noch große Spinnweben. Ein Hund lief vor unserem Fenster auf und ab,dort war eine Terrasse, dieser kackte in sämliche Ecken.

The hotel rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was served at the downstairs cafe and offered everything you need. Great coffee & croissants!! The staff was super friendly. Cleanliness was superb and the location was central to different ski areas. The receptionist (at check-in) didn't speak anything but Czech - though we offered German, English & French as alternative. We did end up having English/German speaking staff later on though. Upon our last day we returned from breakfast to find our rooms partially cleaned. I thought this could've waited until we were gone (especially as we left at 10am). We've barely met any people those 4 days we stayed in Vrchlabi. :(

Kleines aber feines Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Bad wurde vor kurzem renoviert. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sauber und der Schlafkomfort war gut. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl zwar begrenzt, aber trotzdem für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sehr nette und immer hilfsbereite Hotelangestellte. Eine späte Anreise muß man dem Hotel telefonisch, oder bei Buchung angben, da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist. Das gebuchte Zimmer (Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung) wurde vom Hotel in ein kleines Einzelzimmer umgebucht.
