Dragan Mature couple Beograd, Serbia January 9, 2012	Good location. I expected more in "spa and wellness" program. Everything is dedicated to the people who knows exact treatment they need. My idea was to have just relax in hot water pool, and walk in quiet enviroment (which is the case). Maybe in text on web site, this part should be more specific. Все понравилось- номер, ресторан, бассейн, персонал, процедуры,тренажерный зал и организация новогоднего вечера. отель находится рядом с источниками. город очень красивый, тихий- для отдыха. Вход в оттель не безопасен для здоровья, мраморные отшлифованные полы в особенности в дождливую погоду очень скользки и не безопосны ! Я и многие, даже обслуживающий персонал неоднократно падали,а эксплуатация отеля из этого не сделасо выводов - даже в целях бузопасности не стелят коврики и не обеспечивают замену полов или устранение с них влаги. Внимательный персонал. забранировали без лечения, т.к. на сайте booking.com не было с лечением. В отели разрешили брать отдельные процедуры (очень дорого, например обычная минеральная ванна стоит 480руб.). Keine Parkmöglichkeiten oder nur unter dem Risiko Strafe etc. zu kassieren :o(( Bedienungsfreundlichkeit beim Frühstück, sowie Nachfüllen von Säften, Gläser, Schüsseln etc, hat ab neun Uhr nicht mehr funktioniert. TV-Programme für nicht russisch sprechende Gäste ist sehr mangelhaft und der Empfang der zwei deutschsprachigen Programme war mehr als indiskutabel. In unserem Zimmer ist das Licht im Bad und Flur in der früh ausgefallen (Sicherheitsproblem?). Moc se mi libilo umisteni hotelu primo u lazenske pesi zony a lecebne kury a bazen primo v hotelu. I was really mad finding out that service promised on booking listing is not been offered at the hotel, criteria's for choosing this hotel were quite strickt for me and none of them was fullfilled, very dissapointed! Tento hotel jsem si vybrala s konkretnimi kriterii, ktera pro mne byla hodne dulezita, bohuzel ani jedno z nich nebylo ve skutecnosti tak jak bylo slibovano.
