Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Our room faced a quieter part of the area. Hand held shower had no holder and rested on the taps. No shower doors or curtains - must be a European thing. Rooms must have common venting and ceilings because we could hear someone singing in the shower and someone coughing loud. Hollow hallway - could hear other unit doors closing. If your room faced the busy street, it was very noisy. No air conditioning.

Free parking (enough places) clear very good stuff (Me as the pregnant woman even have occupied lux for the same cost) Rolls for a breakfast and a honey pie Too many ladder steps to get to the Vysegrad poor breakfast (egs every day...) It is faster three stars than four (The price at a discount corresponds But the overall cost is overestimated)

It was close to city center and one of the castles was near by. The shower was very slippery and realy unconfortable. The water shower didn't have enough power jet. It was realy uncofortable to wash your hair. The coffee served at breakfast sucked.

Not that far from the centre. Very poor cleanliness, the bed sheets were dirty and not changed from previous customers. Some staff were really rude and could hardly speak English. The heating in the room was very bad so the room was very cold. We asked to have a small heater in the room but the answer was No. Not even 'I am sorry we do not have anything that can heat up your room'. Water in the shower was getting cold if someone was using the hot water before! Room service (which room service??) was promised but it is only in the operating times of the breakfast!!! How is this possible? It was nothing like a 4 star hotel. I do not know with which criteria they ranked it as a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was poor and disgusting. We could only drink coffee/tea. I suggest it only for the price but do not expect a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel

Very helpful and kind staff. Really great breakfast. Toiletries in the bathroom. Good location (tram 24 will take you right to city center, tram 18 to the Castle). Very clean. Good value for money. Bathroom looks like a 2* hotel, not a 4* one, although they provide with toiletries, what is nice. Otherwise it looks pretty old and it's blowy (wind comes from corridor).

The people at the hotel were nice. They tried to help as much as possible. The breakfast was ok. I can not complain about it. Location is also fine, like 15 min to the center [by tram/subway] The room was kind cold considering that outside were like 0 degrees and inside ~ 20 degrees.

The receptionist noticed that it was my husband's birthday the following day when we checked in. On returning to our room on the afternoon of his birthday we were surprised to see a bottle of champagne and birthday wishes from the hotel!. It was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in every way.The walk to the old town took about 30 minutes strolling along the river. The tram stop was right outside the hotel and the hotel sold tram tickets. The railway line was close by and the trains were noisy!

We were there as part of a family wedding in Prague and this was the hotel they had chosen. - road noise is very loud and was difficult to sleep - no interior ventilation; need to keep windows open for air - breakfast minimal - not much meat or variety

Everything was adequate - nothing was great We had booked a deluxe room, but none was available. I was, however, charged for the deluxe room - though was given a small refund without quibble when I pointed out the problem. The bed was very firm.

The room was very retro. Location. Receptionist at arrival insisted to charge in advance, even though that was not the condition when booked. Internet was not working in the room and was not fixed after complaining. They should make it working in the higher floors, too, or lower the price. Afterwards the hotel manager gave us a gratis bike (instead of charging for renting).

Friendly Staff, breakfast buffet was descent. Try to avoid having dinner at the hotel restaurant, food in the evening is way below average, even for Prague. Bathroom is pretty small but clean, beds are not comfortable for a room of this price.

Lovely comfortable room and good quality food in the restaurant.Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Although the room itself was excellent it was on the corner of the hotel next to the railway station and tram lines which ran throughout the night, so we didn't get much sleep. The free hotel wifi was down so often it was useless for business purposes (in past years it has been very reliable). We have stayed here several times before and there have been some major changes over the past year, The rooms and public areas have been refurbished which is good but we were disappointed that there are no longer any traditional Czech dishes on the restaurant menu. Also the room rates have increased significantly and it no longer offers value for money.
