Helpful staff, great location near trams to all parts of Prague, free parking. 2nd visit and I would stay again. Coffee. Like so many hotels, coffee served with breakfast was bad. I hear this comment from many travelling friends. It does not take much to make good coffee and for many people, like myself, this is an important way to start the day and reflects very positively on the hotel. |

The city center is easily accessible by tram and also the Congress center, which is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is classified as 4 stars, but it looked to me as 3 stars because the decoration is a little bit old fashion. |

Very nice and helpful receptionists. The breakfast was horrible! Dirty,poor meal selection, the food not fresh.The vaitresses were anhelpful, anprofessional. |

Nice view from the window, wireless internet works great. Tramway stop is very close to the hotel, you can easily reach almost any place in Prague. Hotel restaurant is not expensive and has rather good cuisine. Personnel is very polite and responsive. There is no handle and no curtain in the shower, you have to hold the shower in your hands. It is very noisy from the nearby railway, it is even hard to talk in the room if you open the window, and you can still clearly hear all trains with the windows closed. Looks like hot meals for breakfasts are cooked a night before and are very slightly warm in the morning. |

Location very near to the centre, quiteness at night, no noise from neighboring rooms, a big comfortable bed, great breakfast, bedsheets are changed every day, Very friendly and helpful staff |

Very good breakfasts and evening meals; convenient location; helpful staff; bath tub; absence of tea/coffee making facility in room - i.e. a kettle! - which is normal in UK accommodation, but not in European hotels |

the room was enormous and well finished, Breakfast was very nice, location was great, staff were helpful. All in all a great hotel which was excellent value for money. you had to hold the shower head |

Friendly and helpful staff, good food, good location. Tram stop outside the hotel. Liked having the toilet separate from the bathroom. Free wi-fi - great! A bit noisy at night with the tram and train lines so close, but we travel with earplugs permanently in our bags so not a major problem. |

Disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, ubicazione comoda vicino al centro congressi, al castello e al parco di Vysehrad, ben collegato al centro città con i tram (10 minuti da piazza Venceslao e dal ponte Carlo), piccolo supermercato a 100 metri. Camere e bagno un po' piccoli. |

Jag var på en kongress som låg väldigt nära, vilket var bekvämt. Personalen i receptionen var helt fantastiska! De t.o.m sålde tågbiljetter, hjälpte till med frimärken etc all service man kan behöva. Rökningen. Lyhörda rum. |

Ekstremt rent, stilige og lyse lokaler, kundeorientert personalet, hyggelig bar. Hotellet ligger rett ved trikkstasjonen, stille og rolig beliggenhet og samtidig nokså sentralt. |
