The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Public transportation was located next to the hotel making it very easy to get to the heart of old town and points beyond. We especially liked the ambiance of the hotel. It wasn't as touristy as the places in old town which provided a more local perspective to the city.

This is not a 4 star hotel at all! Coming there is like a trip to the communist era. They are not changing towels (when you leave it on a ground, they will hang it!), breakfast is awful, you can hear your neighbors, water pressure is not sufficient... Also, because of old windows it's windy in a room and loud in the night because of trains very nearby. I am not recommending this hotel for anybody, I've seen many opinions like this at the registration desk.

The hotel is clean and has good location. We ve chosen it to be close to the family and will chose again if coming to Prague

good price, partly the location - close to the city center (20min walking), convenient connection to the Internatioal Bus Terminal, city center, Hradchani, Mala strana, Old town.

Actually not a 4 star hotel, mostly corresponds with 2 stars. Old furnishing, the cleanness of the room was not at the expected level, a little bit noisy (tram & railway lines close to the hotel).

Even though not hyper centrally located the hotel is still close enough to the center (20-30 mins walking by the bank of the river or 10 mins by tram which stops next to the hotel). Rooms are big and comfortable. Not exactly 4 star standard one could expect but it's a perfect deal for 40 E/night I paid. Sevice at the reception was excellent and very helpful (they even had tram tickets avaialble). Breakfast average but ok bearing in mind standard of the hotel. Hotel is located in Vysehrad - a historical site with one of the oldest churches in the city and cemetry where lots of famous people are burried (cemetry is beautiful if you are into cemetries ;-). From the top of the hill there's one of the nicest views over the city and river. It's worth the effort to climb!

There's a railway next to the hotel so if you are sensitive to the noise outside ask for the room facing back yard. Apart from that it is really good quality for the price you pay (I did pay 40 E/night).

A grand gem from a by-gone era.I visit Prague often and this was by far the nicest Hotel Experience.

there was no air conditioning in the rooms and when i asked for it they said it's a central air condition, so the room was hot during the day.

Its a decent place that we choose for location mainly. I live nearby with the family, so when the friends or family members that live abroad come to Prague its the best choice for us. We already had 6 or 7 visitors here, coming for leisure or business and all in all its a very nice hotel that comes at a very (VERY) reasonable price. Nothing too chique or rococo or barocco, but its tidy and food is fine. There are 5-6 tram stops (tram 24 or 18) to the Staromestska, which is nothing. You may buy tickets at the reception for 1 euro :) I recommend this hotel

Trevligt litet hotell. Bra restaurang i anslutning. Lätta att åka kollektivt. Centralt men ändå på sidan. Mycket bra och bor gärna där nästa gång också.

Personalen hade dålig koll på var saker och ting låg i Prag. Borde varit mera uppdaterade

Personnel sympa et chambre de caractère ...

J'utilise souvent booking et j'ai été fort déçu ....car il était stipulé qu'il y avait un spa et j'avais réservé en partie pour cela et c'est inadmissible car il était indiqué que le spa fonctionnait toute l'année !!! de plus, il était indiqué qu'il y avait un patio dans notre chambre or la chambre était dépourvue de patio cela fait beaucoup de mensonges !!!!

ресторан при отеле не работает. завтра весьма скудный по ассортименту. вечером горячей воды нет.

удобное место расположение, на трамвае до центра мин 10. Можно и пешком, если есть силы и хорошая погода. Нормальный завтрак. Есть парковка при отеле на сутки 10 евро, но она выгодна, когда оставляете машину на сутки, а если только на ночь, то в 15 метрах от отеля есть муниципальная парковка. Она оплачивается только днем с 8.00 до 18.00 (30 крон час) в рабочие дни, а с 18.00 и до 8.00 халява и с пятницы 18.00 до понедельника 8.00 халява тоже. Персонал говорит на русском.

Не очень хорошая шумоизоляция, зимой немного прохладно в номере, но не смертельно.

1. это не 4 звезды 2. номер выходил на трамвайные пути и железную дорогу 3. на ресепшене невидили нашу бронь 4. туалет и ванна были из советской больницы 5. завтрак был хуже чем в 2 польских звздах 6. паркинга нет и т.д. и т.п.

Tilavat ja siistit huoneet.

Kylpyammeesta puuttui pohjatulppa, eikä sitä pystytty hoitamaan saman päivän aikana.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Rauhallinen hotelli, huone oli pihan puolelle. Kadun puolella olisi ehkä ratikka, juna, bussit ja hälytysajoneuvot häirinneet. Huone oli perushyvä, sänky minulle sopiva, tarpeeksi lämmintä. Aamupala riittävä. Sijainti Nove Mestossa ihan sopiva, ratikalla pääsi nopeasti keskelle kaupunkia.

Klidný hotel s parkovištěm v dosahu městské dopravy. Příznivá cena.

Frühstückservice - schmutziges Gedeck, schlechter Kaffee, zu wenig Geschirr. Die Bedienung war zwar bemüht, aber schlecht angewiesen, überfordert mit Aufräumen und neu decken.
