The atmosphere of this hotel is warm and homely. Lovely lounge with piano and coffee and tea stations. Breakfast with a variety to choose from and served by friendly staff.
Everything about this hotel was a delight. The staff are wonderful, the breakfast was best ever and the whole ambience of the place is peace and tranquility. Would definitely go back if we ever visit Prague again.
I thought the rooms were great lots of space and kept clean. the staff were very helpful and nice. it was a great location for many attractions.
Unfortunately, there are a number of bars and you can hear the people at night coming and going from the Bars.
We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Unitas Hotel. Staff were excellent, the hotel and the room were imaculate. The hotel location is literally a couple of minutes walk from Old Town Square and shopping areas. The breakfast buffet and menu were an unexpected treat, simlply delicious. Viktoria went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. No disappointment here, congratulations on the top notch service! Mark & Fran.
Location, room, fantastic breakfast!
Location was perfect and we felt very safe in the area, Staff were super and friendly and our driver Michael gets 10 out of 10, Loved the wholesome breakfasts each morning.
One negative only the hair dryer was hopeless. Cannot keep button pressed and style hair properly at the same time.
The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
A very pleasant hotel. The reception staff so helpful, always ready to assist. Our room was quite large, had a nice sitting area. Each morning we looked forward to breakfast as the food quality and variety was excellent. The hotel is within a walking distance to many attractions. In the courtyard there are few parking spaces, a bonus in Prague! Also in the courtyard we could relax after breakfast at one of the sitting areas. The place has an "old Prague" charm and its history adds to it.
We found no problem with this hotel.
The hotel is located in a very convenient part of the city. It is within easy walking distance of everything most visitors might like to see. It has its own history which just adds even more to the whole experience. The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and attentive to our requirements. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Value for money is the word here. Don't be put off by the apparent back-street location, it is just a two minute stroll to the river, to two trams stops, the Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square and the Charles Bridge.
We liked absolutely everything, definitely we will come back :-)
Comfortable and quiet bed. Good breakfast. Staff very pleasant.
Large bed was twins pushed together. Bathroom smelled damp and made the room also smell damp. Room decor somewhat bland.
Breakfasts were amazing, staff so friendly & cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Only negative was lack of tea/coffee facilities in room. There was one on each floor & always well stocked up, but would've been much nicer to be in the room
The location was excellent. It was very close to the old town, the Charles Bridge, excellent restaurants, and near the tram stop for the castle. The room was enormous and very comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good.
We cannot think of a negative comment
Very spacious rooms and excellent bathroom size. Very good breakfast buffet and a la Carte service. Highly friendly and helpful staff. Good Location at walking distance of everywhere. Good price

Cozy clean hotel
Wifi is weak
Everything, breakfast wifi size of room comfort cleanliness position and friendliness of staff the perfect hotel
Everything else was excellent!
I had requested - and your desk receptionist wrote down - a 4am wake-up call so as to catch my 4:30 drive to the airport. The call never came. (Luckily, I was already up.) Moreover, the desk clerk was very confused as to how to present the bill.
We arrived to Prague after 3500km of roadtrip around Europe, and had just one day stay: location in the very heart of old town, 5-10mins walk from key attractions, with private parking in own courtyard, was true luxury. The hotel is old abbey, and the atmosphere still is extremely calm and relaxing. We got upgraded to a suite with only 35e extra, and sleep was perfect. Breakfast is beyond; after being years in resort and hospitality business, as well traveling due my current job monthly, it's easy to tell you hardly get this level of breakfast even in five star hotels of the best chains. Staff was helpful, and very natural in their duties. Everything was clean, well kept and a glass of sparkling wine when arriving, was nice act.
The furbishment of rooms and the style overall could be upgraded. Now the hotel stands above how it looks - just to bring the complexion to 21st century. Like just polishing the diamond.
The outside of the hotel gives a false impression to the inside which is superb. To find a hotel in Prague so close to the centre with parking is amazing. The breakfast was well above average, the staff all very helpful and the décor of the hotel was modern yet classical. The hotel has a very calm atmosphere, in the afternoon cool iced tonic and mini homemade delicacies were in the foyer free of charge to sample. The air conditioned room was an boom.
Only one criticism the lack of a full length mirror in the room.
Very friendly & helpful staff, clean well equipped rooms and large, very quiet street despite being close to centre, excellent location, good breakfast
We arrived too early but were able to leave our bags at reception, only to come back to find out we had been upgraded! The breakfast is amazing, I can't even describe it. You name it and they have it. The drinks at the bar are the same price as from the mini-bar, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can only give this hotel my highest recommendation.
Hotel is fairly central but is away from any noise and hustle and bustle. Staff where very warm, welcoming and helpful.
All excellent hotel, lovely staff and everything is of a high standard.
An outside area would be nice. There is a small area in a car park, not attractive.
Excellent location. Quiet. Good breakfast
