Only that the room was clean. The staff was horrible and rude. The rooms were not very comfortable and had a stale atmosphere, similar to a hospital. |

It is a clean hotel, with nice and helpfull reception staff. The restaurant staff did not really speak english. One comment: on your web site there were mentioned and were pictures about the nicely renewed rooms, instead we got some old one, with old furniture. All together it was ok, we don't have too many pretentiones, but we expected a room as we saw on the site. |

Was very well priced. A bit of a walk from the Tram especially when you walk in the wrong direction! Directions could be a bit better. |

Despite it was not in the center, tram number 9 was a couple of minutes walk and was taking you in a few minutes to the city centre. We did not go out for visiting things the day after, but if you would like to, then maybe better a hotel in the old city centre, because tram goes only till 00:00. I guess you could walk back but would be quite a bit of walking and not really nice in the evening. We had a special offer, and for that I guess it was fine. Rooms were big and with everything you need, but old and not in a very good state. What I liked the least was the bathroom, specially because of the lack of cleanliness(found hairs there and in the bed). Breakfast ok for the price. |

breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect. Very big and clean rooms. Do bring your own plug converter if you need one. I never needed to bring myown one in any country I've been to. But at this hotel, they don't provide anything like this which is a bit inconvenient. |

Good choice at breakfast. We booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport but it didn't arrive. When we tried to complain, staff were unable to understand us. |

Kaffe/the mulighed på værelset. |
