Hotel design was nice. Inside garden was cozy. Staff is very incompetent. Anything you ask for them it sounded that they are doing you a favour giving you extra towel, pillow or answering your question. Hotel room was very dirty - there was a huge shit in the toilet when we came and evening hotel staff suggested to flush it twice in stead of changing the room for us or doing it themselves! Bathroom floor was full of hair and the bathroom door did not close completely, so quite inconvenient to go to the restroom with partly opened door.

The women who cleaned the room , mAde the breakfast!when I came the hotel at 12 pm the room they told me that it was ready to stay, the woman who cleaned had nerves and she cried we arrived earlier than two !!!!we had a problem with the water, the water was brown, we told them many times and they didnt anything!2 Days we didnt shower!finally the problem solved but not fast!the location was not good!near the hotel it hasnt metro, the tram was far but the bus was near!when we did check out they charge the small bottle water which we drank althought we had the problem with the water!

Very good hotel with very good prices. I've got what I booked. The Hotel is very close to the city center (3 stops with tram). The garage of the hotel is useful as well. The breakfast is rich and everybody can find something to eat. I would book a room in this hotel next time when I go to Prague.

Lobby was beautiful...the rooms not so much. Location was a little sketchy, so reserved parking is a must! If you intend to park near the Prague Castle or the St. Charles Bridge, you will likely find a better value a little further outside of the city. The Hotel is not really that central to the attractions. Breakfast was fair at best.

Located in a nice are; only 3 tram stops from the center of the city. We asked for a double room and they gave us a 2 single beds room. The room wasn't really clean (some white patches on the floor) and the shower wasn't working properly. The safe wasn't working, so the staff promised us to get it working for the day after but they never did it. Really poor quality breakfast.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. It was like a loft. The room was exceptionally small for the price. And the showers offered little privacy.

new rooms are seems stylish and looks nice , breakfast service we have stayed in a superior room but only the name of the room was superior; the information on web was given as 2 big size beds but there were two single beds in room and management said us there is a mistake and to be honest they did not give enough effort to satisfy us,bathroom was not clean enough, and smells awful sometimes, towels do not seem new, there was no working air circulation in bathroom,TV controller was not working, breakfast was not rich - maybe these are all about the 3 stars.....

The breakfast was decent and the rooms clean After paying extra for a 'superior' room with a balcony, we arrived to find the room we were allocated was minus a balcony. When I queried this at reception, he said ' I connot deal with this at the moment' 'you will have to complain in the morning' 'why is it so important that you have a balcony?'. Also the third bed was actually a sofa with very uncomfotable dappled effect throughout which meant buttons digging into you.No kettle in room and the heating didnt work. Would not recommend

Friendly staff, nice good sized rooms, 15 minute walk from wencelas square. Would use the hotel again. Could really have done with a shower curtain in the bathroom as the floor ended up like a swimming pool.
