Great location. Reasonable price/ Unfriendly stuff. No elevator to 4th floor. Ultra-low ceilings (I'd hurt my head with blood). Noisy street - police and ambulances crying with sirens.

Not much to be honest the lift was broke to start and we was on the top floor. The room wad not that tidy and was never cleaned the 4 days we was there no new bedding or anything. But I suppose I got what paid for. Prague is a grey place to spend with family friends and I will be back but will de not be staying here.

Good location, Fair break-fast quality and good security. 1) Initial room offered was too small -hardly 3,5 mtrs x 3.5 mtrs. On my complaint I was offered a better room. 2) There was only one light in room and that was insufficient. 3) There was no telephone in my room. 4) Room heaters were not working properly.

Good value for money, helpful staff, small bath (petty), excellent roof top views, can be noisy as it's near the fire/police station, lift only to 3rd floor. 200mtrs from Wenceslas Square.

- central location. - poor service - staff smoked at the reception filling the hotel with some or the smell. -towels not replaced as stated in the policy; just folded and kept back. - staff had little information about the city. - break fast items not refilled easily, limited choice as well. - broken lift not repaired for 2 days, needing to drag luggage up the stairs. - no wireless network connection as stated in the information

Great location! Very close to the tourist attractions and railway station, so you no need use transport at all. The worst thing was their breakfast… I don’t want to be hypercritical but the breakfasts was really bad. I suggest don’t sell this hotel as a hotel with breakfasts!

The building is very old so everything in the room was old (the floor, the bed, the windows, the chairs). Everything seemed so dirty. The pillowcases had holes and the bathroom towels was black with dirt. They didnot change towels and sheets for 4 days even though we asked them to do it. One of the worst hotels to be. The total price for 4 nights and 2 persons was 256 euros, which I think is a very high price for this hotel. It should be instead around 100 euros. Dont choose it.

Grande chambre. Lieu très bruyant ( rue à 4 voies ). Obligé de dormir avec des boules Quiès. La chambre n'a pas été faite durant notre séjour. La femme de ménage n'a fait que changer les poubelles. Le lavabo et la douche n'ont jamais été nettoyés.

Очень хорошее расположение, самый центр Праги, абсолютно до всего можно дойти пешком. Очень уютная и большая комната, нам повезло и мы жили на мансарде, окна выходили прямо на крышу. Упорно не хотели менять полотенца, в туалете не очень приятно пахло канализацией.

Хороший отель, для нескольких дней прибывания в Праге. Ночью тихо, нет шума центральной части. Отличное расположение по отношению к центру, за углом начинается площадь с магазинами :))) Бросили полотенце на пол, его не поменяли, а просто забрали, новое не положили. Туалетную бумагу, даже после обращения к администратору, не принесли.

Omdat er geen ontbijt kon worden gereserveerd moesten we noodgewongen uitwijken naar hotel raffaello (2 straten verder). Dat was een * meer dus geen enkel probleem. Prima Hotel met uitstekend personeel aan de receptie. Maakte ons attent op een excursie per boot en deze excursie beviel heel goed !!! Communicatie over ander hotel had eerder kunnen plaatsvinden

Me ha gustado la ubicación. Las habitaciones muy grandes y el baño también. El agua caliente funciona muy bien. No me parece correcta la relación calidad precio. El personal bastante antipático. El desayuno muy escaso. La limpieza muy mala. No cambian las toallas y cajones y moqueta de la habitación muy sucia. La televisión solamente tenía un canal de musica. La lámpara de la mesilla rota todo el tiempo. Solicitamos desde un principio dos camas separadas por ir con amigas y nos las hicieron con sábanas unidas a pesar de reclamarlo de nuevo en la recepción.
