Walking distance to the action... A little bit of a bait and switch...I was taken to a hotel around the corner. I was given a room with a bathroom across the hall until I asked for a room with it's own bathroom...I shouldn't have had to ask. Kind of a rinky-dink operation... |

Good location. This hotel has 2 location, but both are seriously maz 4 minutes walk to the metro and tram stop. Anyone who says it takes longer is lying. We walked to the main shopping street and it took us 15 minutes. It's literally speaking just straight a head, no turning. If you are a tourist with experience or if u have soe intelegence, this hotel is perfect for u. Telephone in the room didn't work. Don't buy water at the hotel. There are 2 chinese stores around the corner, 2 minutes walking, where the water is 90% cheaper. |

Breakfast was Ok... Be careful when staying at this hotel.....There is an additional cost of 10 Euro if you stay for even 5 minutes longer than the check out time. This happened to us and the receptionist couldn't show a human side and understand. Nobody explained this to us before we checked in and it is not written anywhere. Would not reccomend this hotel. Better hotels for the same price closer to the center. |

The location was excellent for the centre and public transport. The breakfast, although adequate, could have been much better. |

There was rather clean room, enough space and furniture The breakfast was really poor there and bad or non-speaking czech personnel, the only good thing was that it was close to the center, 5-7 min walk |

Nothing, they made an excuse about the heating and said we had to move to a hotel further out of the city. I think they had overbooked. They would not let me see the room where there was supposed to be a problem. The girl on reception was very rude and unhelpful |

Cost. Breakfast was simple, but okay. On the last day our hotel room was left open, they decided to clean our room before we checked out. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable. The hotel is a block from Metro. Otherwise, a 10+ walk to 'sites'. This hotel should be a 2 star hotel. |

I ewserved 'Hotel Venezia', but actually stayed 'Hotel Halkova'. It may be second (sub) hotel of 'Hotel Venezia'. Location is 200-300 m from original hotel. (far from subway station) 'Hotel Halkova is good hotel (room and service). I think hotel should reduct the room fee, if they change the original hotel. |

The location was perfect as it was away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet location, yet close to the town centre of Prague, (10 minute walk) the metro and trams. The room was basic but very large as was the bathroom. The accommodation was very clean and the hotel staff were the friendliest I have encountered and who did not hesitate to give guidance and local information. There was free i/net! |
