Exelent location just on the main square. However, very quite. Friendly stuff. Rooms are clean and very large, especially for Europe! Strongly recomended. Its my 3-rd time in Prague and always book accomadation in this Esteemed Hotel.

The location was FANTASTIC! Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast buffe. We orderd the taxi pickup from the airport through the hotels seevice. It was well worth the money (aprox 30 euro) and the taxidriver was the best and most proffessional driver we ever met. The kingsize bed in the superiorroom was really comfy. A romantic lovely old building with high celings and nice interior decoration.

They had only ONE small and very unpractial elevator. (more for som nice interiordecoration than an actually elevator) The are no resturant (though loads of them just outside the door, since it is in the city) which one would expect in a five stars hotel? The sofa bed in our room was a disaster to sleep in. No extra rooms for children to play in, no sauna,gym or any other recreationrooms available.

Location is at the centre of everything. Breakfast was good. The loft style room was spacious and cozy. The windows were small and unreachable but added to the overall nice atmosphere imo.

The elevator is slow, tough is not that important for a small hotel.

This hotel was brilliant from the moment I booked it. They arranged an airport pickup, upgraded us to a beautiful suite and the staff were extremely helpful. There was nothing that was too much trouble and the price was unbelievable given the location and accom. I would rate it as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at EVER!!!

We have been staying at the Ventana for the second time now and I have to say it didn't disappoint us, it is still the lovely hotel that charmed us 2 years ago: spacious rooms, extremely clean, amazing vue of the Tyn Cathedral, plenty of facilities, large bathroom with heated floor and lots of amenities, staff very helpful and friendly, and best of all: the library where breakfast is served, a gorgeous room with beautiful view, perfect service and perfect breakfast. Location is great, right in the middle of everything (but quiet too), you won't be needing bus, tram or taxi, you can reach almost any place of interest in not more that a 15-20 min walk. With a few exceptions... Plenty of good restaurants around.

There wasn't anything that we actually didn't like, but I will make a couple of suggestions. You need to be abnormally tall to be able to use the upper parts of the wardrobe, so since they were designed like that, maybe a small ladder could be provided. Also the entrance hall could be a much more pleasant space if brightened a bit. We stayed in room 24 and doors could use a bit of tightening, light from the corridor comes in at night.

Location, Location, Location. Spacious rooms. Excellent service - English speaking staff helped. Very good range of food for breakfast. A few steps from the Christmas markets made this a memorable trip. Look forward to returning to magical Prague.

In the heart of the old city. Everything is just close to you

When I checked-in, the elevator wasn't working and the had only one elevator. So I had to climb up! The heater wasn't heating!

Breakfast was excellent,room spacious and very clean with modern facilities. Very close to all attractions, bars and restaurants. Staff excellent, even the driver that collected us from the airport offered to take us on a tour of the city on the way in. One day was wet and rainy and we were even offered an umbrella to use for the day which was a nice touch. If you like champagne with your breakfast then that is also supplied for free. All in all a great hotel, great experience and would stay there again.

Very comfortable, luxurious hotel in a perfect location.

The hotel was in a great location to enjoy Prague old city. Clean, large rooms, friendly service, wonderful breakfast.

The staff were so accomodating and friendly. They complied with every request. They allowed us to check in early, and then allowed us to check out late- at 9pm!!! for no extra charge. The location is the best- right off the main old town square. We would definitely return to the Ventana.

Lack of a dining room, although to be fair there are heaps of restaurants within 100 metres.

The Ventana hotel is perfectly located at the center of the city, right at the centre square. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel staff is very freidly and helpfull. Our rooms were ready early in the morining although the checkin is only at noon.

The only problem is the loud music from the street that can be heard all day. This may be a problem if an afternoon nap is desired. I must say that the music stops at night, so there is no noise during the night hours.

The hotel is located in city center, a minute distance from the main clock square. The rooms are well isolated from the street and do not suffer from noises from the outside. The rooms are spacious, modern and very inviting. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is great - rich, varried, served for long hours.
