Location couldnt have been better. Lovely room and breakfast.

Room, staff and location. Good value for money

For a stay in the Old Town I don't think it can be beat for convenience and quiet. A bit pricy but worth it

The outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff- every single one was keen to assist. This included also making a room change for me as a loft apartment was not my choice. All rooms were tastefully and attractively decorated. The location was superb - right on the town square. Surrounding it were many lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. All advice given was most helpful. Free wifi was much appreciated. The breakfast and the breakfast room were also good.

Loft apartments were lovely, spacious and beautifully appointed, but are not everyone's choice, in terms of window location. The choice needs to be made clear in the booking arrangements.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They smile, something that u dont see much of in the Czech Rep. The rooms are lovely and spacious. This is The Hotel to stay in for location, everything is within walking distance. This is my 3rd stay at the Ventana and will be the hotel I will always come back to.

1) Lack of ground floor bar area (v/social for meeting up) 2) Any struggle to get an Iron is always a form of irritation (get your request in early)

Superb location, very quiet, despite being in one the busiest streets of Prague, very friendly staff, would certainly stay there again, highly recommended

Rooms carpets really need to be replaced, light switches near bed not pratical at all (too far from bed), old tv sets on a 5-star hotel is something you do not expect nowadays

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was nice to talk to the staff that seemed happy, smiling and wanting to help you. For us it made a big difference and we will be recommending Ventana to our friends. By the way Vendana was a recommendation by a friend who stayed there last May and so we did not investigate or considered other hotels. We just booked Ventana solely on our friend's reccommendation.

Nothing really-we had a minor incident with a very young staff at breakfast -Lucas, who did not want us to sit by the window at breakfast but later relented and let us sit there. I guess we were three people and he had to pull 2 tables together? His collegues had talked to him and finally he let us sit by the window

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, location was excellent and the breakfast was worth the money and more than enough.
