The location and views from our loft room were fantastic. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast was first rate. Housekeeping was wonderful as well. |

the hotel itself was small, the staff friendly. Everything was high quality and the rooms were superb. Its a shame they have no restaurant. |

Hotel is located in the center of Old Town.Very close to everything.Very nice and clean.The staff were very nice and helpful.I would recommend it to everybody. |

Great location with wonderful view. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. We are not smokers and the room would fill with smoke at night. |

Service was pretty good. At the time of check-in, we were provided w/ city map, city guide and tour information that was really helpful for us, Prague beginners. And also the location is marvelous. We could see the old town square and the road of King from the room and felt we’re just in the heart of Prague. |

Fantastic location. Excellent staff. The room was not of the type I thought I had booked. Nowhere did the website say that the attic (loft) style rooms could not be had in a twin configuration. I got what I considered a much inferior room without any refund. Otherwise, no problems. |

The moment you walk into the hotel, the staff meets you with smile, which makes you're welcomed. The room, the atmosphere, the breakfast and the library/bar were more than I had ever imagined. I will definitly come back again for a longer stay. |

Everything. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely with a large en-suite with bath.Very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was extensive and fresh. Altogether a great stay. |
